we had a wonderful stay at the villa. So many flowers and butterflies. The vieuw was amazing! The host was very kind and friendly and gave us some very helpfull tips to visit the area! We enjoyed the sunset in the evenings! The shower outside was really special. We stayed with 4 adults and al four of us had a wonderful stay. Thank you Paolo for sharing your beautiful house!

Es war genau was wir gesucht haben - ein Ort abgelegen und ruhig mitten in der Natur mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick und Sonnenuntergang. Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem man selbst nach einer Woche noch kleine Details finden kann. Im Oktober war es an manchen Tagen schon recht frisch, deshalb waren wir froh um die warmen Decken. Mit dem Auto war es gut zu erreichen, allerdings sollte man genau schauen, wo das Navigationssystem hinführt. Sergio hat es genau beschrieben, daran sollte man sich halten. :) Danke Sergio! Es war ein sehr angenehmer, unkomplizierter Urlaub. Deine tollen Tipps für die Gegend haben wir alle ausprobiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The place is in a beautiful location and with a very beautiful view to hills and valley. Room itself was a bit chilly for this time of the year but there is a heater and extra blankets to keep warm at night. Everything needed was there and small breakfast option as well, which is much appreciated. Lovely Italian style. Antonio does not speak good English but we communicated using google translate and understood eachother perfectly. When arriving to the village, he first showed us where it is, since the streets to get there are very narrow but doable. Antonio is very helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. We even had issues with starting our car and lot of villagers, including Antonio, came to help. Flexible with check-in/out.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. Thank you for a memorable stay.

l'alloggio è molto carino, pulitissimo ed accogliente, in posizione strategica per raggiungere sentieri e scoprire i dintorni splendidi con delle montagne incredibili, un posto magico! Elisa è stata meravigliosa, accoglienza impeccabile, mi sono sentita subito a casa. Utilissimi i suoi consigli sui dintorni. Due giorni favolosi che ti fanno venir voglia di ritornare e, infatti, tornerò per scoprire altri angoli. darei più di 5 stelle. grazie davvero di tutto!

Het huis heeft een geweldige panorama, is mooi en heeft voldoende ruimte. Buiten heb je een groot terras en tuin waar het heerlijk vertoeven is. Het strand met keien ligt 50 meter lager. Martino is een top host, vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Wij hebben hier een fijn verblijf gekend.

Staying at Caterina and Francesco’s home in Nicosia was one of the most special experiences of our trip to Sicily. The house itself was cozy, welcoming, and full of charm — but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and generosity of their family. One of the absolute highlights was being invited by Caterina’s and Francesco’s wonderful parents to learn how to cook a traditional Sicilian three-course dinner. Not only did they patiently teach us step-by-step, but we also got to share the meal together, creating memories we’ll treasure forever. It was an experience filled with kindness, laughter, and incredible food — truly a taste of real Sicilian hospitality. We felt like part of the family and left with full hearts (and full stomachs!). If you're looking for authentic culture, genuine connection, and a truly local experience, this is the place to be. Thank you, Caterina, Francesco, and family — we can’t wait to come back!

Need a car to stay here, easy to miss the entry road, but once you’ve got it it was all good, the apartment was very clean well stocked with facilities, no wifi, aldo left me some nice gifts for arrival coffee, water, wine !!!! Thank goodness, if you arrive on Sunday afternoon, pick up your food on route the shops locally are closed when you are tired and hungry aldo sent me details of shops that was great. He’s an excellent host and communicator, the views !! Oh my lord, they are truly magnificent! I want to live there! The sofa beds take some adjusting to, but ok, quiet area and neighbours perfect tranquil place, shops short drive away, and you are central Sicily to explore days out. Fresh Italian coffee on the balcony in morning Lovely just lovely. Good hot water/ shower washing machine, lots of cooking /serving utensils and crockery, cleaning equipment. Aldo was always helpful and kind which I appreciated as a lone female traveller, nothing is too much trouble. Loved it ! 🥰
