We had a short but very nice stay in Tropea. The place was nice and clean as well as within walking distance of a supermarket, the city centre and a remote part of the beach. All in all very recommendable!

We had a great holiday. The apartment is perfectly situated in Tropea and the view from the balcony is second to none. Everything was close and there was enough space for all of us. Thank you for hosting us.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at this apartment! It felt like being at home, a little slice of heaven right in the heart of Tropea within steps of one of the most beautiful beaches, with balconies all around the apartment overlooking the water, the street life and cafes, the best gelato and capuccino right underneath us at Tonnino's and with everything we could possibly need inside including a washer and drier which was so helpful with 2 kids! We were welcomed by Tiziana as guests when we arrived but by the end of our stay we felt as though we left as friends. She was always available within seconds for every need or question. Don't hesitate to book this apartment, you wont regret it!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

We had a great time. The apartment is well equipped. Mario and Natalia welcomed us very warmly. There was extra cake and limoncello, both very delicious. Also, the fridge was filled with milk and juice, coffee capsules,water and tea as well as jam all available. The beach is great. We didn't do much else. Snorkeling there was awesome .

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

We were in the area for 3 days researching our Southern Italian family roots. From the location close to the tiny towns in the mountains to the sea, it was perfectly situated between both. There was coffee and goodies for a light breakfast - and a nice balcony porch to enjoy the morning and evenings. We definitely will stay here on any future visits.

Vincenzo was super nice, picked us up from the train station and took us there on departure. He explained the area to us very well on the way to the apartment, so we quickly found our way around. The apartment is well equipped. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning on the balcony with sea view.

Apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, fantastic roof terrace overlooking the ocean. Lucy is a really lovely host.

Mimmos Airbnb is an experience and definitely the apartment with the best view of Scilla. The communication with Mimmo was perfect, and he provided us with milk, cereal and more for breakfast which was really kind! Everything was super clean and the apartment is just a short walk from the city! Would stay here again for sure!

I stayed for 3 nights in Carè's apartment and it was a perfect stay. Starting with the welcome from Ms. Patrizia, who allowed us to go to the apartment before the check-in time indicated. The apartment is also very well equipped, allowing you to really bring only what you need. The location is excellent, practically in front of the beach and with excellent restaurants nearby, there is also a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. If I were to go to Soverato again, I would definitely choose Carè's accommodation again.

Astrea Apartment was the most unique and memorable stay of our trip to Italy. The luxury of a large private garden overlooking a breathtaking view of Tropea and the water - all to ourselves - was fantastic. The house itself was clean, beachy, and very comfortable. A quick thank you to Francesco, who was extremely thorough, friendly, and accommodating to all of our needs. If you’re visiting Tropea (which you definitely should), you should enjoy your stay here at Astrea Apartments.

We had a one-week-stay and we enjoyed every day! The house was well equiped, but most of all we loved the big garden with its splendid view on the sea and the Stromboli. We were very happy to find food and drinks when we arrived!

accommodation located in a city that is a must-see!!!The nearby space makes it easy to park. Intended for people who are alert because the accommodation is within walking distance and with a few large steps, located at the level above the sea, you can access the seaside by going down many stairs. There is an elevator but it was not working. Manuela greeted us on the street so that we could easily find the accommodation and gave us some directions to visit Scilla. Tourist tax is not included in the price, you have to add €2 per person per day. Our stay was only one night and suited this small accommodation very well.

We stayed in Helen's apartment for 10 days. Wonderful view! Spacious and livable apartment for 4 people. A well-maintained garden and enchanting pool. A place of great relaxation for our holidays.

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. We thank Ondine for our restful stay in Villa Sirena and can absolutely recommend the house . Natallia & Family.

Stayed for 2 nights with another couple. Super close to the city center with lots of shops and restaurants! Beautiful view of the sea, beaches and castle. And of course, this place is so Cool inside! Only thing I would say was I wish the keys were labeled so we could know which one was which for each of the 3 doors to get inside and outside. It was a bit loud from people down below on the street in the middle of the nights, so keep windows shut. But overall great stay! Would stay again.

Very beautiful place, I would definitely go back, my wife and kids loved it. Everyone is super friendly. Tip: Stair master to prepare for the hike down the 200 plus steps to get to the beautiful beach and back up when you’re done (which we did and made a huge difference).

The apartment is perfect, with an outdoor pool. Great for family vacations and not.

A wonderful place...we highly recommend it!

This place was so great. They make you feel like home. They went out of their way to help my wife and I find a place to get bubble wrap to safely wrap our wine. It sounds trite but honestly, they didn’t have to do that. My wife was craving eggs for day and had been wanting it for breakfast. Again, seems simple enough, but they made her a huge plate of scrambled eggs and were happy to do it. It’s worth mentioning, the bnb is attached to a restaurant, so we ate there for dinner and it did NOT disappoint. It was SO good. Loved the place, loved the pool, loved the food. Everything was as it was mentioned, if not better. Highly recommend!
