Nicely situated appartment in beautiful Aquila, ideal for a visit of the city. I would recommend it for single travelers or couples. And, the hosts were very nice !

I can’t say enough positive things about Marco’ and his AirBNB. Marco was a phenomenal host who was very responsive and understanding. I had misunderstood something but Marco was very understanding and kind about it which I appreciated very much. The place itself is beautiful and pristine. The apartment was also very well made. I loved the interior design and overall aesthetic. The apartment was very welcoming and exuded a cozy, homey feeling. The location is perfect as it is right near the town square. The price was unbeatable and more than fair, especially considering how nice the apartment is and where it’s located. There’s also a garage on the property, which was incredibly clutch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone thinking of visiting L’Aquila or any nearby towns. This AirBNB ticks all the boxes and I can’t find a single drawback. Five stars out of five.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo! Ci siamo fermati 4 giorni a Fossacesia con i nostri bimbi di 1 e 4 anni, e a casa di Simona ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è un fornita di ogni cosa e Simona è stata davvero gentilissima a fornirci su richiesta il seggiolone e un apprezzatissimo benvenuto con cestino per la colazione. La posizione di fronte al mare è davvero impagabile, sia per la possibilità di utilizzare il terrazzino per i pasti che per la comodità di attraversare la strada e trovarsi in spiaggia. Molto comoda anche la presenza del box con ingresso diretto al condominio.

Eravamo in 3 in occasione del giuramento VVF ed è stata davvero una toccata e fuga di meno di 24h ma l’alloggio è talmente perfetto, come spazi, posizione e host che lo consiglierei per qualsiasi soggiorno più lungo! Alessandro super disponibile sotto qualsiasi aspetto, la casa spaziosissima in un palazzo privato molto bello e super comfy!

Appartamento piccolo e stupendo, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Pulitissmimo e attrezzato per ogni eventualità. A due passi dal mare, dal centro, da tutto. Arredamento splendido. Una casa molto bella e comoda al centro del paese, abbiamo trovato degli ambienti pulitissimi e una padrona di casa molto gentile che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio.

Luogo stupendo. Intimo, Molto rilassante, pieno di dettagli ed accortezze, molto pulito. Proprietario gentilissimo, molto simpatico e attento a dare ogni indicazione. La zona è molto tranquilla. Se si desidera pace é un buon luogo dove “fuggire”.

Tina è stata sempre disponibile e reattiva. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra con tanto di consigli sulla zona. L’appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde, ottimo per chi cerca un appoggio per le attività intorno. Consigliatissimo

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

I stayed at Novella's place for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect home base for me to relax and recharge during my travels through Europe. It was a quiet village and a nice change of pace from the bustling cities that I had previously visited. I would say that I wish I had a car because I could have explored more of the Abruzzo region, but Pescara was easily accessibly by train for nice beach days. There is also a bus that runs frequently to go up the hill in Chieti for some museums, parks, and restaurants. The bus from Rome is about 2 hours, there are only about 2-3 a day but it was more reliable and quicker than the train. I enjoyed my stay and Novella was fantastic :) She was so kind and responsive the whole time I was there.

Domenico's home is lovely! The view from the garden of the sun setting across the fields is magnificent! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook, they have thought of everything! They even left nice little touches which were very kind, for example, i had my dog with me and it was a hot day and they put a bowl of water out for her upon arrival and one for me in the fridge, so so thoughtful and caring, thank you! The home is clean and the garden is gorgeous! It is in a really peaceful area with supermarkets a five mins drive away. I recommend this place, to any other solo female travellers, this place is safe and the hosts are lovely! They also have aircon in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms and they have mosquito nets too. The place is clearly loved and looked after. Thank you both so much! :)

The property is as described, kitchen is small but manageable. Parking is the best. The area is quiet and pleasant. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The host always replied promptly when we were in doubt. There are many trabocchi along the coastline.

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. Sergio è cordiale, sempre pronto a rispondere e consigliare al meglio per rendere il soggiorno più che piacevole. La casa è perfetta, pulita e dotata di tutto anche oltre il necessario. Torneremo da Sergio per trascorrere giornate di relax e approfondire la conoscenza del Molise.

Perfectly located for a little get away with a great balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains! A wonderful spot to spend a few days.

Es war alles so wie vom Mila beschrieben. Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Wohnung ist aber sehr gut und mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Die Dachterasse ist super, hier kann man sich richtig wohlfühlen, der Blick von den schneebehangenen Bergen bis zum Meer.

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

Bellissimo Capodanno con amici. Casa in posizione ottima a pochi minuti da Roccaraso. Cucina attrezzata e camino disponibile. Una delle tre stanze un po’ troppo piccola per due persone ma ci siamo adattati. Ottima accoglienza. Super consigliato

Ho prenotato questo alloggio per i miei genitori. Noemi è stata sempre super comunicativa, precisa in tutte le indicazioni e davvero gentile e affabile. La casa è stata perfetta in tutto, sistemata e pulita come non abbiamo mai visto! Veramente complimenti perché si vede che ci tengono particolarmente! Se si dovesse ripresentare l’occasione torneremo sicuramente!
