The apartment was the perfect base for exploring Catania. The location is unbeatable as everything is at walking distance, and yet outside of the turistic area. Lots of things to do and try nearby, especially in the market. It really gives you a glance at the authentic sicilian everyday life. But what truly sets this place apart is the kidness of the host. Nausicaa is very friendly and understanding, very responsive to our needs and she really helped us through an unexpected event. Would highly recommend this apartament and would love to come back!

It was a cozy and modern space where the host felt a lot of affection for the accommodation! Paolo was a really super kind person: (We arrived on the night train and arrived quite early, but right before the people met us before they even checked out, and they helped us check in after that: (They were so kind and thankful that we were so sorry. Roberto welcomed us very warmly, the house is very clean and cozy and there is a great restaurant nearby, there is a church near the house with a very beautiful view, highly recommended, if I return to Sicily next time, I will choose to stay in this house again!

We stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend. Paola was very responsive from the moment we made the booking. She also assisted with restaurant recommendations. Her father - who stays just below - was incredibly helpful and friendly! He offered us some home made sweets which is part of their cultural celebration of Easter and made us feel at home and welcome.

Giuseppe was one of the most kindest & most helpful hosts I’ve ever met. He was there for us from our initial booking up until when we checked out. He was flexible with us checking in & departing which really helped us with our travel plans. He took time out of his busy schedule to meet us at the apartment which made it easier for us. The property has parking & is on the 4th floor & has a lift which we used on several occasions. When using the lift we met some of the neighbours who were lovely & very friendly. The apt itself is very big & some rooms are locked (no problem) & we still had the choice of using 2 of the bedrooms. The balcony was also spacious & we could see Mount Etna in the background whilst drinking a glass of wine in the sun. We stayed in Central Catania at the beginning of our trip & as this property was a 20 min walk away it was still great as we explored different places. There is a Metro nearby along with cafes, supermarkets & local restaurants which we used.

Great stay! The accommodation is too cute and its host is very nice! It is ideally located in the heart of Catania, in a neighborhood where you feel safe, close to everything within a 5-min walk. It was very clean, ideal for a couple or two friends. Recommended 🌸

Silvia was very responsive and helpful with all matters. The place was spacious and perfect for us ( 2 kids and 2 adults) The location is great and super central and the available parking a necessity when you have a car.

A fantastic short stay in Stazzo. Apartment has everything you may need and was spotlessly clean. Although we never met Alessandro was always on the end of a phone and was quick to respond when needed. Communication was great. I echo what others are saying about the need for a car but parking is available right outside very peaceful and quiet if that is what you are after! Alessando also left some snacks and water which was much appreciated.

A really nice stay! The house is comfortable, well located and equipped with all the necessary amenities. You feel really comfortable, in a quiet area but with everything at your fingertips. Martina was a fantastic host, always available and ready to do everything to make your stay special. Highly recommended!

A simple but beautiful villa with plenty of space, several terraces and a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can explore the area on foot or by car and you can discover something new every day. Be it the Castello, the Capo Milazzo or the old and new center of the city. The house is simply furnished, not up to date, but this also has its charm. Yes, there are no real showers or air conditioning, but this has been made up for by the view, the spacious garden and much more. I would like to highlight Alessandra and her family. Super friendly, helpful and respond very nicely and promptly to inquiries. Thank you for 2 great weeks in Sicily.

We were really happy to have booked Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place during our trip to Sicily! We planned to visit mount Etna and avoid the crazy traffic and noise of the bigger cities that we had been experiencing in Sicily , so the place was a perfect choice as it is around 30m by car to it. It is also accessible to visit Taormina and Siracusa. The house is extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, beautifully decorated and clean! The hosts are very kind and responsive, we ended up taking longer for our check in than planned and they were supper accommodating towards us. We recommend Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place for your Sicily trip!

This is my second time to stay here and I truly love it. Graziella and Alessandro are the perfect hosts and make you feel very welcome. They respond swiftly to all communication. We very much appreciated the bowl of lemons and white wine! Thank you both. The views are amazing and the balcony is the spot to be for the beautiful sunrises and breakfast. The walk up is steep but as others say, it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to others.

I'm very happy to stay at this place. The bed was probably the most comfortable one I've ever slept in. The apartment is very comfortable, cozy and well-equipped. Located in a quiet location, close to important attractions, and at the same time no problem with parking. The host is very friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here with all my heart!

Thanks to Gaetano we had a perfect stay! He was so helpful and even brought a plate of delicious pasta, because we had some problems with our rental car and arrived quite late at the first evening. The accommodation is more than beautiful: you have a perfect view of the Etna and you can try some of the wonderful juicy oranges. Everything was perfect!

Great apartment with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Perfect beach location. Restaurants and supermarket very close. Maria is a great host, making you feel very welcome ready for your Sicilian adventure.

this is a spacious, homely flat with a great shower and comfortable bed. views are great and the terrace is wonderful (what a shame it rained every day - we only managed two breakfasts and an afternoon read and rest for an hour). hope you have better luck with the weather. bathroom us great with a strong and large shower. bed is comfortable. for me a fab. feature us the bedroom which is totally dark with the types of blinds. (you can choose to have it lighter). friendly host, clear instructions. try the Japanese restaurant (in am underground complex next to the little tower in tge garden opposite caffe epoca. Nobushi - lovely staff, terrific food! short walk to Gslatea metro which takes you into the centre and short walk to Catsnia Europa station where you can get a train to Taormina (trains are cheap, clean and comfortable (amd yoi can buy tickets on train line so super easy!)

We stayed 7-nights and found Marco's apartment was spacious, had a properly furnished living room, a separate dining room with a table set for 10 adults, and a well-equipped kitchen. Its location, just a 5-to-10 minute walk from most Histórico attractions, is excellent for visitors intent on exploring Catania's urban center. The inclusion of a dedicated parking space in a nearby parking lot is an absolute bonus. A 2-person elevator eases access to the 3rd floor apartment. The expansive apartment is capable of accomodating 1-to-3 couples. The 1st sleeping area is a huge private room with windows that open onto the street, the 2nd sleeping space is an open loft that's perched above the living room area, and the 3rd sleeping space is on an upper floor and is accessed by climbing a narrow spiral staircase. While we absolutely enjoyed observing the sometimes raucous urban life that unfolded every evening below the apartment, some guests may find it difficult to sleep.

Wonderfull little apartment in the middle of Catania, walking distance from all the ”must see’s”, train and busses. 20 min from the airport. Perfect for two people, hanging out in the ciry or go around by train in the rest of Sicily! Really good hosting and made our stay even more fantastic!

We dealt with Nicolo’s mother Elisa - a more lovely person you will not meet. She was friendly, communicative, proactive and just a genuinely nice person. Veronica was a great host! She was very communicative and provided helpful instructions. It took us a little bit to figure out the locks on the doors, but that was just an operator error on our part - just mentioning it to say that if you don't think it's working at first, just keep trying and you'll figure it out. The space was fantastic! Everything was clean and as expected. The two terraces were absolutely perfect, the best outdoor space of our whole trip! The location was also great. Walking distance to the city center and many of the local sights. It was also very quick and easy to get to the airport after our stay. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Catania and highly recommend it for anyone when they visit!

The accommodation is ideally located a 10-minute walk to the city center. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. Communication was perfect and very responsive. Private and secure parking is a real plus in Catania. For rent without hesitation.
