A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

The place is perfect for a visit to the area. A clean and comfortable little house, a full and very comfortable kitchen where we could cook. The village of Spedino is very quiet with views of the mountains. Great experience.

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful old building in a great part of L’Aquila. Clean, safe, relaxing and well supplied with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Sara is very quick to help and is very friendly. This might be the best place I have stayed during my Italian trip ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very cozy house equipped with everything you need and even more! Reserved parking space in front of the entrance. A nice view from the terraces of the living room and double bedroom. On foot you can reach the main street in two minutes where there is a supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. The historic center is beautiful during the day, charming at night. You can quickly reach the other beautiful neighboring villages (Calscio, Ofena etc.) but also the mountains (Campo Imperatore). We had a great time, the very helpful lady responds to messages immediately

my stay in Castel del Monte went very well. Fabrizio was not present when I arrived but he told me everything perfectly beforehand so that my installation in the accommodation went smoothly. Great experience with a group of friends for one night and then move on the slopes of Roccaraso for a day in the snow. Ideal accommodation also for those like us who had children in tow. Great communication with Marinella, always responsive to every emergency.

Amazing vibe and energy at home (feels as a home)

Lorenzo's property is truly amazing. He made our stay the most memorable of our trip to Italy and we were genuinely sad to leave such a beautiful place. The romantic tower had everything we could need for our 5 nights and we loved every minute. The surroundings are spectacular - lots of lakes, hikes, nature etc to immerse yourself in. The swimming pool, table tennis etc on the property were added pluses as were the animals (goats, kittens and a donkey). Thanks for being such a kind host to us and helping with tourism tips etc - we definitely hope to come and stay again in the future :)

The apartment is very nice and characteristic, clean and comfortable. Convenient location for those who want to ski but also in the summer season.

Very friendly and quiet accommodation. We booked 4 rooms for 10 people. It was very wide and the place was quiet, it felt like everything to us. In fact, we had dinner on the table outside in the cool under the gazebo. Letizia was very helpful and available both for the flexibility of check-in and check-out, and regarding questions and requests from us. Highly recommended.

When I saw the photos from this Airbnb, I knew that my husband and I had to stay here! I booked it a year ahead of time so that we wouldn't miss out on this beautiful place. Reality is even better than the photos! The mountains are a lush green and provide a stunning backdrop to the gorgeous lake. We enjoyed the views from the cozy and comfortable bed, while eating lunch and dinner, and while enjoying a drink on the balcony. We grocery shopped in Scanno and made delicious meals in the well equipped kitchen. The area was lovely too! We were immursed in nature. We did the hike up to see the lake in a heart shape. We parked a 3 minute drive away, near the hotel, historic church and boat rental. We got free parking while we charged our electric car. We also explored Scanno, Introdacqua, and Pettorano Sul Gizio where we toured a small 11th century castle. I highly recommend this Airbnb! You will never forget the views and the scenic drives around the area!

It's just the type of place we were looking for. Surrounded by nature, quiet and comfortable. Excellent management by the host Efisio, always available and very discreet. We had a very good time. Among other things, the area, the Roveto Valley, is full of villages to visit and trails to walk.
