It is located in the center of a forest of about 25,000 square meters that can be used in full. The place is very quiet; the street is private with a gate. From the property, there are several paths that allow guests to take relaxing walks. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Despite being a stone's throw from the main street full of life, clubs and pubs, the area remains away from the noise of nightlife. La Pulchella has a private entrance and is located on the ground floor with a delightful private courtyard adjoining. The thickness of the ancient walls offers a pleasant natural freshness that does not make the air conditioner necessary.

You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.
