I can’t say enough positive things about Marco’ and his AirBNB. Marco was a phenomenal host who was very responsive and understanding. I had misunderstood something but Marco was very understanding and kind about it which I appreciated very much. The place itself is beautiful and pristine. The apartment was also very well made. I loved the interior design and overall aesthetic. The apartment was very welcoming and exuded a cozy, homey feeling. The location is perfect as it is right near the town square. The price was unbeatable and more than fair, especially considering how nice the apartment is and where it’s located. There’s also a garage on the property, which was incredibly clutch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone thinking of visiting L’Aquila or any nearby towns. This AirBNB ticks all the boxes and I can’t find a single drawback. Five stars out of five.

Perfect and quiet place, I stayed almost a week, it is very close to the square and has all the conditions mentioned. Alessandra is a great host

We booked for one night due to the proximity to the Ovindoli ski resort (30 min) but, even if for a short time, everything was perfect. Luigi was very helpful and very kind, in addition to allowing us to arrive after midnight, he made us find a gem of a house. Clean, equipped with every comfort, very comfortable bed and breakfast ready for the next morning. What can I say, it felt like home, we'll definitely be back if we need to.

We stayed in this apartment with great pleasure. The house is very welcoming, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with everything you need to cook independently. A big plus is the possibility of parking the car on the property. In addition, all the rooms were very clean, the cleanliness was really impeccable. Cristian is a kind, helpful and attentive host. He was very flexible with the arrival time and left us a basket with drinks and breakfast products, a really welcome welcome. Throughout the stay, communication was always easy and punctual. We highly recommend this apartment and thank Cristian for his hospitality!

This was incredible place. Right in the centre of town, close to many restaurants. The apartment was very clean, quiet and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The host was very responsive and had excellent suggestions.

We stayed at Tobiah for a weekend in the snow on the slopes of Ovindoli - Monte Magnola. The house is comfortable and close to the center, great for walking in the village and convenient to go on the ski slopes. Tobia was very helpful. We hope to be guests of the house again.

Really impeccable apartment. Very well stocked and beautifully maintained. Equipped with everything and very clean. Gabriele and his wife are two very kind and wonderful people for their availability and attention. We had a lovely time staying at Livio's place. Everything you need is available in the apartment. The apartment is located in a fantastic environment. There are restaurants and a supermarket on site. Check-in and out was well organized and so we could arrive late. Parking was right in front of the house. Host Livio is easy to reach and gave us good excursion tips. If the opportunity arises, we will gladly come back.

Very nice and spacious apartment right in the center of L'Aquila center (main street even). It is noisy at night time but you are right in the middle of the action, after all! We enjoyed our stay, the apartment building is beautiful.

You're all set. We were greeted by a very kind person. The fireplace inside the house is something exceptional. The house is really warm.

Great host! She welcomed us warmly and showed us the property. The swimming pool is kinda panoramic and quite big. We could also do barbecue in the evening :) Dogs are allowed in and this is a plus

It is a small but beautiful regenerating oasis of tranquility and beauty, excellent for leaving behind hectic rhythms and stress. Stefano's apartment is perfect for those who plan to spend a few days of tranquility in a beautiful part of Abruzzo, in the middle of the Gran Sasso park. Spacious, fully equipped, clean, with a garden overlooking the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for families, even with small children. The added value of this apartment is definitely the hospitality of Stefano and his family. Stefano's father, Dino, welcomed me and my family as fraternal friends, giving excellent advice on the area and even helping us with the housekeeping (on several occasions, even early in the morning, he helped me light the fireplace). Stefano even brought us some great meat from the butcher shop where he works. In short, perfect accommodation and incredible hospitality! When we go to Abruzzo, we will definitely return to this home!

We were able to spend a wonderful and relaxing time at the La Chiocciola Resort. The rooms were not only cozy, but also always clean, which made our stay all around pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality of the landlords, who take care of the well-being of their guests in a wonderful way. The furnishings of the living spaces, especially the kitchen, were excellent and left nothing to be desired. We were able to prepare delicious meals and enjoy the time together. Another highlight was the spacious and well-kept garden, which invited you to linger. It was the perfect place to kick back and enjoy nature. A special experience for us was the hot tub, which offered a welcome relaxation after a long day of exploring. We look back with joy and fond memories on our stay and can fully recommend the La Chiocciola Resort. We will be happy to come back!!!

The apartment is even more beautiful than it appears in the photo, the spa area is very large, it was wonderful to come back from skiing days and relax in the hot tub. There are two TVs, one in the room and one in the living room, and although you can't see it from the photos there are two large windows overlooking a lovely inner courtyard, so it is also very quiet, the ski bus stop is right in front of the house and you can climb the plants in ten minutes without stressing for parking. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation to the maximum of comfort
