I really enjoyed my stay. The host was extremely responsive and ready to help. There are many restaurants and services located nearby. My main concerns would be that the bathroom was outdated and must be renovated, the apartment can get quite dark during the day due to the tinted windows, and lastly you can easily hear noise coming from the neighboring apartment. other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it

Bayan was a gracious how with a beautiful apartment and lovely outdoor seating perfect for this time year. Bayan was very responsive and helpful during my stay and the apartment was great. Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment and the perfect location for me.

كانت تجربة رائعة جداً ، جديرةٌ بأن تُختزلُ في الذاكرة .. طابع المنزل حديث مزودٌ بالسجادات الحمراء التي تعكس ثقافة البلد .. المنزل يشعرك بأنك من أهل المدينة لست غريباً عنها .. موقعهُ ممتاز تحفه المرافق المطلوبة .. أشكر سلطان و الفريق على حسن تعاملهم معنا و تلبية جميع متطلباتنا على مدار الساعة ☺️

Modern open design concept with excellent facilities and beautiful exterior and interior decorations, and perfect lighting arrangement. Swimming pool is long enough, probably 16m long, and deep enough at 1.6 metre towards the other end, and it is spotlessly clean. Big dining section and big hall equip with superb Bose sound system. The place looks like a small resort, giving the luxurious vibe in a very relaxing atmotsphere. Everyone in our group loves this place and wishes to return to this chalet soon. About the host, Mr Abdullah was very responsive, usually replied my messages within a couple of minutes.

سهل الوصول للمكان، معزول عن المبنى نفسه، تجربة مميزة وكررتها أكثر من مرة وبرجع أكررها👍🏻 الأخ عبدالرحمن سلِس في تواصله، خدوم ودائماً موجود، المكان جداً جميل من ناحية الأثاث والديكور، الموقع قريب من خدمات كثير أنصح فيه وبشدة👍🏻

اولا احب اشكر شركة رزن على حسن تعاملهم واستضافتهم، موقع الشقة جداً ممتاز والحي هدوء وروقان ومافي اي ازعاج ، نظافة الشقة وريحتها وديكوراتها شي جميل ويفتح النفس، كل شي كان موجود أبتداء من الضيافة اللي حاطينها بالمطبخ إلى جميع الملحقات الموجودة بدورات المياه من مناشف وشاور جل وشامبو وبلسم وأدوات النظافة الشخصية ، انصح فيها وبقوووووة لاي احد يدور على شقة فندقية فخمة ، واكيد راح ارجع احجزها وانا مغمضه في اي زيارة قادمة لي للرياض

What an amazing property and location 10/10. Moments away from Kingdom Arena, Boulevard, shops, everything you need literally at your doorstep. Would highly recommend and I would definitely be coming same place next time.
