I really enjoyed my stay. The host was extremely responsive and ready to help. There are many restaurants and services located nearby. My main concerns would be that the bathroom was outdated and must be renovated, the apartment can get quite dark during the day due to the tinted windows, and lastly you can easily hear noise coming from the neighboring apartment. other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it

Bayan was a gracious how with a beautiful apartment and lovely outdoor seating perfect for this time year. Bayan was very responsive and helpful during my stay and the apartment was great. Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment and the perfect location for me.

It was a very fascinating experience, it deserves to be reduced to memory . The home is modern with red carpets that reflect the culture of the country . The house makes you feel that you are from the people of the city that you are not a stranger to it . It is an excellent location with the required facilities. I thank Sultan and the team for their good dealings with us and meet all our requirements 24/7 ☺️

Modern open design concept with excellent facilities and beautiful exterior and interior decorations, and perfect lighting arrangement. Swimming pool is long enough, probably 16m long, and deep enough at 1.6 metre towards the other end, and it is spotlessly clean. Big dining section and big hall equip with superb Bose sound system. The place looks like a small resort, giving the luxurious vibe in a very relaxing atmotsphere. Everyone in our group loves this place and wishes to return to this chalet soon. About the host, Mr Abdullah was very responsive, usually replied my messages within a couple of minutes.

First I would like to thank the company Razan for their good treatment and hosting. The location of the apartment is very excellent and the neighborhood is quiet, Quan, and no hassle , the cleanness of the apartment and its comfort and decorations. It is beautiful and opens the soul. Everything was there, starting from the hospitality that surrounded it in the kitchen to all the accessories in the toilets such as towels, consultation gel, shampoo and conditioner, and personal hygiene tools. I recommend it to anyone who revolves on a luxury hotel apartment, and surely I will return to its reservation and I close it in any upcoming visit to Riyadh

What an amazing property and location 10/10. Moments away from Kingdom Arena, Boulevard, shops, everything you need literally at your doorstep. Would highly recommend and I would definitely be coming same place next time.

Of the most beautiful apartments to his lips in Riyadh , the location is close to all the events , the apartment marra Prestige and its rank feels like it is your house. The kitchen is its tools full. This is the first time I see the arrangement in this way, the sheets, the bags of pillows and the lapel sacks are from Home Centre , in which there is an external session for the apartment, details of the splendor of the apartment, the details of the splendour of the apartment.
