Vacation rentals with a patio in Rivière Noire District

From the first entry to Anil’s place we felt right at home. From the beautiful open space to the rooms to the surroundings, we loved it all. It felt like a home away from home. Anil as a host was very responsive and welcoming. The beach access was amazing to have, we enjoyed lovely sunsets on the beach which just added the right touch to our stay. Overall a beautiful stay with comfortable all around. We will be back again! Thank you Anil for the lovely stay.

If you are lucky enough to get a reservation TAKE IT. This place is a gem. 100m from the sea, within walking distance of everything and spotlessly clean. It is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The pool and barbecue were a bonus. JC really is "the host with the most" and is friendly and extremely helpful. We can't wait to return.

Wir liebten die großartige Aussicht morgens auf der Terrasse, Fliegengitter, den Pool, die Dusche, große Küche, Klimaanlage auch für den Essbereich. Fred war super hilfreich, hat schnell geantwortet und war um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht.

Wir waren für 1 Woche in Flic en Flac, hierfür war die Unterkunft sehr gut, da der Strand innerhalb 3min zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Zudem gibt es in jedem Raum eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem 7 Monate altem Baby in dieser Unterkunft und waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Am praktischsten war der Zugang von der Garage direkt zur Wohnung, perfekt wenn man mit Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Insgesamt hat man mehr als genug Platz wenn man zu zweit plus Baby anreist. Es gab ein paar Ameisen, aber man hat uns dabei schnell geholfen. Auch war der erste Zugang zur Wohnung etwas kompliziert. Hier könnte wenigstens die Beschreibung etwas verständlicher sein. Sehr schön ist die Reinigung zwischendurch und dass man neue Handtücher bekommt. Im Vergleich zum 4-Sterne-Hotel fanden wir unseren Aufenthalt mit 7 Monate alten Baby in diesem AirBnB besser, auch weil alles schön sauber war!

Normally, when we come to Mauritius, we stay with family but due to various circumstances, this was not convenient for us. We chose Mareena's place because of its location and price. we were there for a month and apart from a couple of times when the neighbours were noisier than usual we enjoyed the peace and quiet. From here we were able to visit various relatives from all over the island. Communication was good.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Flic-en-Flac. Jimmy et Shirley sont extrêmement accueillants et toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Le logement est très spacieux, idéal pour notre famille de 2 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 bébé. Nous avions à disposition un lit bébé et une baignoire, la climatisation et les ventilateurs, et même une machine à laver. La résidence est calme, nous avons pu nous baigner dans la piscine, et le supermarché et la plage sont à 5 minutes à pieds. Il y a de nombreux restaurants proches. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

La maison de Grindel est idéale pour un long séjour au calme et pour télétravailler. Le jardinier et la femme de ménage sont un confort supplémentaire. Les pièces sont bien agencées, la terrasse et le jardin agréables. Accessibilité de la plage à pieds est très appréciable et l'on y trouve un petit restau bien sympa. La communication avec Grindel est facile et ses recommandations bien utiles. J'espère pouvoir revenir autant que possible dans ce logement. Merci, continuez !

Our stay in Sarah house was great. Location is good near to supermarket and 2 min by car to the beach. House is quiet you sleep comfortably. All what you need for your stay is available washing machine, cocker… I recommend to choose Sarah house

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Valerie. C’est un vrai havre de paix! On s’y sent bien! L’emplacement est bien, proche des activités et Valérie nous a donné plein d’informations utiles!

Un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre paisible! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à la description partagée initialement. La maison était propre, bien aménagée, et équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Le cadre est paisible et tranquille, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur les montagnes. Un grand merci au propriétaire, Cedric, pour son accueil chaleureux et ses attentions tout au long de notre séjour. Il s'est montré disponible, réactif, et très sympathique, ce qui a vraiment ajouté une touche personnelle à notre expérience. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

The listing was fantastic—conveniently walkable to the beaches and located within a safe housing complex with free parking. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, adding to the convenience. I truly appreciated the thoughtful welcome snacks provided by the hosts, along with their local recommendations for shopping and dining. The host was highly responsive and offered great support throughout the check-in and check-out processes, making the entire stay seamless. The property itself was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this listing to others.

Le logement de Kevina est très bien situé et très ouvert sur l’extérieur. Il est très bien équipé et la piscine est un grand plus en cette période de forte chaleur. Merci pour la réactivité de Kevina . Elle a été présente depuis la réservation, pendant le séjour et à la fin. Personne très professionnel. Je recommande fortement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Shaleenee et Mikhil a été très accueillant. Les trois appartements distincts composant la maison, ont permis à toute la famille d’avoir chacun son intimité, tout en passant des moments conviviaux :) par ailleurs, le lieu est très calme ce qui est agréable! Je recommande!

On a passé un séjour très agréable chez Alex et Marie-France. On a apprécié la qualité de la maison, le calme de l’endroit. La maison est facile à vivre et bien équipée. Beaucoup de choses à disposition pour l’arrivée dans le frigidaire ou en dehors (fruits, boissons, miel, etc.). La maison est située à proximité de la plage. La plage est très sympa en particulier le soir au coucher de soleil avec le Club Med illuminé à proximité. Le restaurant la Murene situé à deux pas est un délice et offre un super rapport qualité-prix.

Séjour très agréable chez Sheel, c'est une hôte adorable, très réactive et souple. Elle nous avait même prévu une belle attention dans l'appartement pour notre lune de miel. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et décoré, tel que sur les photos, très propre et un parking sécurisé. Superbe vue du balcon sur la mer et la montagne à l'entrée. Il est situé à moins de 10 min de la belle plage de Flic-en-Flac et 5 min des restos et supermarchés. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. On s'y est senti comme à la maison. Encore merci Sheel.

Maria’s apartment is obviously a property used by herself. It made our stay easy as apartment from putting food in the fridge everything was there. Three aircon units and fans. Large water containers provided. Comfortable beds and a lovely balcony up with the coconuts. The view of the sea and the reef is stunning. The gate from the premises gave us immediate access to the beach and within 350 yards at least 19 restaurants with lovely food. Maria also put us in touch with a local taxi driver who also supplied hire cars. We had a lovely economical 4 door auto for £20 per day. Couldn’t have been happier.

Great price/quality ratio! Extremely well described and quick self check-in. Very good location - two local supermarkets within 5 minutes and a bus stop nearby. Very good laundry machine and drying set. Big refrigerator. Superb roof terrace with well maintained plants and a pool with a great view on the green area with river, deers and bats. Each day deers walk by the balcony so you can spend time observing them.

L'ile Maurice c'est le paradis sur terre mais chez Jimmy c'est le so mum. Jimmy, merci merci pour tout. L'accueil, les conseils, la prise de nouvelles durant notre séjour, ta maison est au top. La cuisine est plus que fonctionnelle. Un nespresso en plus d'une cafetière, vous pouvez vous faire à manger comme à la maison mais celà n'en vaut pas la peine. Au bout de la rue sur la plage vous trouverez tous les restaurants à des prix très abordable . Les chambres très grandes. La literie impeccable. Le linge de lit, de toilette et en plus vous avez les serviettes de plage. Tout était parfait. 2 terrasses dont une sur la piscine. La décoration de sa maison est trop trop belle. Si je dois revenir à Maurice c'est chez Jimmy et nulle part ailleurs. Jimmy, à jamais dans notre cœur. Merci 🙏

Your search for the perfect place to stay in Mauritius has ended- Roumila's place is perfect, and she was such a great host- always helpful and never obtrusive. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and really became a home for us. The facilities are excellent, with the panoramic views from the rooftop pool an amazing bonus.

Outstanding!!! Can not recommend this place highly enough. Firstly the communication by host (Joel) was fantastic, always very prompt and helpful. Secondly, the apartment is perfect, 3 great bedrooms plus 2 large bathrooms, huge open plan lounge / dining / kitchen, lovely sunny balcony that looked out over pool (we didn’t actually use the pool but did look lovely!) plus an out of the way laundry just off the kitchen. The apartment had everything you need plus more!!! Thirdly, location was wonderful. Easy walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants etc The only sad thing about this apartment is that we had to leave it. If you’re planning a trip to Mauritius then you really must check out this apartment.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Mauritius in Stefanies Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat alles gehabt, was man braucht. Von Küchenutensilien bis hin zum Wohlfühleffekt. Die Kommunikation war super, sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten einen Tag einen Stromausfall, da wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Außerdem kommt alle paar Tage eine Putzhilfe, die die Wohnung sauber macht. Die Übergabe war super und unkompliziert. Am letzten Tag durften wir auschecken, wann wir wollten, und hatten somit gar keinen Stress. Ich kann die Wohnung und Stefanie zu 100 % weiterempfehlen, weil alles super lief. :)

Jonathan’s apartment was a great find in Flic-en-Flac. It’s located on the ground floor of a well kept apartment complex, featuring a very nice big pool. The apartment is spacious and well maintained, equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The added bonus is that security guard is always present. It’s a 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to some really nice restaurants and a supermarket, pretty much in the center of Flac. Above all, Jonathan is an amazing host, responsive and very proactive in assuring we felt right at home. He has a great attitude and is very attentive. Can only recommend his place. Hope to meet when we’re in Mauritius next time.
