Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et offrant à quelques mètres, une vue magnifique sur la forteresse de Chinon. Ce logement est composé au Rez de chaussée d’un salon avec Tv connectée et canapé convertible. La cuisine est tout équipée ( frigo, four, plaque, four micro-ondes, machine à café…) wifi. A l’étage, une chambre avec lit confortable et espace bureau, une grande salle d’eau avec douche et machine à laver. Lit parapluie sur demande.

Surplombé par un filet sur la mezzanine, cet espace atypique vous permettra de chiller avec un bouquin & observer les enfants jouer à l'issu d'un tour dans le Spa situé sous le préau. La voie verte se trouve en contre bas du clos ce qui permet de belles balades à vélos&pied. Chinon se trouve à 4,5km, Tours a 40 min, Saumur a 30 minutes… Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite (marches, escaliers...)

Excellent séjour dans la dépendance de la maison d'Anne, au fond d'un beau jardin arboré et fleuri. Nous avons adoré l'endroit calme mais a proximité immédiate de Chinon, de Richelieu. Un très bon restaurant à 5min à pieds. Très bon accueil d'Anne et de son mari, qui nous ont aussi gentiment conseillés. La région est très belle, nombreuses visites possibles, nous avons aussi apprécié de pouvoir nous poser, manger dans le jardin, lire ou profiter de la piscine. Merci !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce pigeonnier (attention aux escaliers tout de meme 😄). Christian a été très gentil et accueillant. Le lieu est vraiment beau et au calme. A 10 minutes de Chinon et des visites de châteaux aux alentours. Au top !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Chinon dans le logement de Martine Monique. Cet appartement est très confortable et surtout très bien situé. En plein coeur de ville, près des beaux sites à visiter et pour autant dans une rue calme et paisible. La literie est également très bonne. Des petites attentions apportées par notre hôte rend le logement d'autant plus sympathique (bouteille d'eau, thé et capsules de café...) Ce fut un vrai plaisir d'y passer quelques instants.
