Place is neat and tidy. Right next door is a place that sells barbecue. The place is very close to the mall, it is possible to walk. The downside is that it is not possible to call Uber from the location.

House in a simple neighborhood, but all closed with walls with a lot of privacy. Very attentive host. We leave the house with washed dishes, trash in the trash, and no dirt on the floor, but even so the host asked why we didn't take the trash out and put some empty sparkling bottles together, which didn't get cool as we are not required to fax the house before leaving. The house is exactly like in the pictures. The host welcomed us well and put us at ease. It was a very good experience. However, some things were missing in the house that are details like face towel and dishcloths.

The apartment was very clean and organized when we arrived, I found the apartment better in person than in the photos. For my needs (visiting the border), it was perfect. It's 9 blocks from Praça da Fronteira, but it had super easy parking there. Anyway, the apartment is great.

Communication with Silvana was excellent at all times. We stayed one night. We needed to park the two cars, which was possible without a problem, although the house has a bed for 8 people. With the two cars inside, the space to move around is very small. Eating was complicated because it has a very small table for 4 people and there were 8 of us. Highly recommended for a stay on the go.
