The place is super pretty, super clean, quiet. We felt good there as soon as we get there. The small sunny terrace and hot tub are obviously a huge plus! The interactions with Ludivine are very friendly and caring. Everything was perfect. 👌 We will undoubtedly come back and recommend it without hesitation 😌

Very pleasant family stay in this beautiful house. The garden is very nice and the whole is very well maintained. We highlight the cleanliness of the space! Improvement to bring: 3-bedroom bedding to review as well as the pillows to make this place perfect ( and yes the quality of sleep is paramount when renting a place to stay). The apartment is amazing with its sea view. It's very comfortable by its room spaces, and the sunshine makes it very bright all day long. We stayed with family and friends and everyone had a wonderful weekend.

Anne-Marie's apartment is in a very good location. In the heart of the city we did everything on foot. Cozy, pleasant, very convenient as a base for our sightseeing days. Anne-Marie is very responsive and very helpful.

A perfect stay in this apartment in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything is as described. The host is very responsive. The city center of Rouen is directly accessible in about twenty minutes on foot, perfect for enjoying this beautiful city. I had a great time there.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residence, with private access to the nearby beach. It was clean with all the practical equipment for cooking. There is a playground with breathtaking views of the Bay of Somme just a short walk from the residence. I appreciated the ultra-clear instructions provided by Damien for our arrival at the accommodation; for me, who is anxious about going to a new place, it was perfectly smooth and clear.

We had a great time at Brigitte's place. The apartment is nickel. Very clean and well arranged. Everything is done to have a really good time. We're going back.

The location facing the sea is really beautiful! The apartment is well thought out and furnished. Slight downside on cleanliness, the essentials are there but many marks on the windows and surface, with the sun on the bay window it shows very strongly.
