Cette maison atypique des années 1500, on l’a désirée, transformée, mais tout en gardant son authenticité avec sa façade à colombage, les tomettes rouges dans l’escalier, la hauteur sous plafond au dernier étage … Mais on l’a aussi pensée et créée pour qu’elle vous plaise également. 15th Century Duplex Apartment - Church View

Le logement L'appartement est sur 2 étages avec 2 chambres en enfilade. Idéal pour un couple avec des enfants. L'accès se fait par un escalier extérieur menant à une terrasse surplombant le jardin privatif avec vue sur l'Église St Denis. L'appartement possède au 1er étage un séjour spacieux avec un coin repas attenant à la cuisine américaine, un salon équipé d'un poêle à bois, une salle de douche & des toilettes séparées. Un escalier intérieur dessert 2 chambres en enfilade à l'étage.

This peaceful house offers a relaxing and comfortable stay for the whole family. To rest peacefully in Saint Saëns, in the Normandy countryside, with the Eawy forest 5 minutes away, Dieppe beach 30 minutes away. The city of Saint Saëns offers you a range of shops, restaurants, activities (golf, etc.) 5 minutes away. You can enjoy a heated swimming pool from April to September with sunbathing, a games room with billiards and foosball, a petanque court, a playground.

It is composed of a living room including a sitting area with fireplace, fitted kitchen dishwasher, oven... bathroom and toilet . Separate floor with two large bedrooms, each with a double bed 160 and a single bed, a landing bedroom with a single bed. There is a family pool to share with the owners, which is 28° (82°F) … heated from September 20 until mid-May. The sauna and hot tub will be available for relaxing the body and mind, and massages can be booked.

Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
