The sheepfold chalet

I offer for rent my small 43 m2 self-built chalet next to my sheepfold, which I use as accommodation in winter. It is located in the municipality of Saint-Valéry-sur-Somme but is outside the municipality, in the middle of the plain, it is accessible by a dirt/pebble path that is passable even in rainy weather. So you are in the heart of the Bay but far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The bike path is 100 m away, and you can reach the center of Saint-Valéry in 20 minutes on foot.

"La Cabane Bleue" house of the Amiens Hortillonnages

In the heart of the marshes and a beautiful 3-hectare garden estate, this maisonette will allow you to spend an unforgettable time in the heart of nature and to travel the canals with the rowboat available. It is the most famous cabin of the Hortillonnages, one of the oldest market gardeners' cabins. Living room, small kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, attic bedroom with 160 cm bed. Electric heating. The house is by the water, with a pontoon offering a great view of the pond.

It is ideal for recharging your batteries, in contact with Nature (cozy nest to enjoy a breathtaking view of a vast pond and its magnificent swans), ideal for discovering the surroundings (hiking, cycling, boats), also ideal for cultural tourism (World War I). Relax in this unique and quiet place. Relaxing stay or a fishing trip. The cottage is at the end of a plot of land with the owner. On the edge of Somme, you can relax or come fishing with family or friends. On the ground floor you will find a small living room with a sofa bed, for two people, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet. Upstairs, a double bed and a single bed. And a beautiful terrace on the pond. Night fishing allowed.

You will stay in a log cabin with its private Jacuzzi The price shown is for two people with breakfast for the first morning (an extra €15 per person per night will be charged for the 3rd and 4th person) Our animal friends are welcome for an extra €15 for the stay. You can enjoy additional services at the equestrian center a hundred meters from the accommodation, services described in the other information.
