Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in River Cetina

Marija is a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to all our messages and very accommodating. The villa is very comfortable and well-equipped and exactly how it looks in the photos. It was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was big enough for our group, which was important for us, and lounging around the pool in the evenings was heavenly. We didn't use the jacuzzi but appreciated having it as an option. We were happy to discover that Sinj (a 5-min. drive from the villa) had lots of historical sights for us to visit, too, on top of the restaurants/cafes and shops. On our way back, we also stopped in Split (a 30-min drive from the villa), and also visited some of its beaches. Very beautiful. Overall, I highly recommend the villa, and Marija as a host. Hvala!

The place was a perfect paradise for the 10 of us. Children (3) 7-10 years old, parents and grandparents, everyone enjoyed themselves. The pictures of the place correspond to reality and it is simply so lovely and clean. Ana really takes care of her guests, there is no better host than Ana and her husband. We can warmly recommend this place.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

We had an amazing time staying at this villa. It manage to rise above our expectations. The place was really clean upon arrival, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as comfortable as possible - from kitchen essentials and cleaning supplies to easy-to-use amenities that made relaxing effortless. Ante was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He answered all our questions and provided clear, straightforward instructions on how everything worked. The location is remote, quiet, and very private, which is something we didn’t mind. While there aren’t any shops within walking distance, having a car makes everything easier. We’d recommend this villa and would love to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

Very responsive host who was very accommodating. Villa was lovely on the inside with a great pool and a perfect space for people to relax and hang out. Would definitely come back soon.

Das Erlebnis war echt toll, das Haus war super und der Service auch gut. An Hilfeleistung hats absolut nicht gemangelt und man konnte immer jemanden erreichen. Es wurden auch zahlreiche Infos über die Gegend und Möglichkeiten an Aktivitäten gegeben, langweilig wirds also nie. Nur zu empfehlen

El departamento de Tihana es tal como se publica, la vista es increíble. No es fácil legar pero si es muy fácil perderse, te recomiendo ampliamente que no pongas la dirección directamente en Google maps o te perderás, siempre sigue las indicaciones de Tihana. Sus padres son muy amables y estarán dispuestos a ayudarte si tienes algún problema.

Bruna was very friendly, replied quickly and had some free refreshments waiting in the fridge for us🙌❤️ She was also very helpful with information about transport. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean, light and modern. The location is also great! We can absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Split🤩

As a family of 3 we had a lovely stay at Mate’s apartment. Varos area is the perfect base for exploring Split The apartment is very tastefully decorated and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The only thing to note is that there is no aircon in the bedrooms only in the living space, apart from that everything else was perfect and we would love to return again in the future. Thank you Mate.

Anita and Aleksandar were such kind and lovely hosts and the property was fantastic. The local recommendations and friendly touches were so appreciated and very helpful. The property is in such a perfect location, a peaceful area next to lots of amazing local restaurants, and a very short walk to the centre, or a nice stroll along the promenade to a swim spot. The apartment is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The inclusion of amenities like coffee, dishwasher pods, and cooking essentials was really appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again if we're back in Split.

立地や部屋からの眺望が最高な事は事前にわかっていましたが、全てがとても良かったです。 一番に清潔な事。掃除が完璧でした。 広い洗濯干し場があったも良かったです。 事前の画像ではわからなかったのですが、これは洗濯をよくする私達にはとてもありがたかったです。 お部屋やキッチンも使いやすかったです。 オーナーさんのリプライが早かったのも助かりました。 結果として、今まで利用したアパートで一番素敵な滞在となりました。 スプリトでの滞在にお勧めします。

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wegen der vielen Annehmlichkeiten wie Kaffee, Tee, Kekse, .....es ist alles dort was man braucht. Die Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum sind für die Temperaturen im Sommer einfach Klasse!! Du kommst nach Hause und schnell ist es wirklich angenehm zum entspannen. Die Bäder sind super, die Duschen mit gutem Wasserdruck, auch für lange Haare prima. Mit der Waschmaschine kannst du bei Bedarf alles waschen, auch Waschmittel war bereits Vorort. Es war alles blitzsauber, sogar die Fenster, für mich ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns einfach prima, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, Lebensmittelläden mit allem was man braucht, zur Altstadt kannst du prima am Meer mit den zahlreichen Booten entlangschländern und schläfst abseits vom Trubel. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank auch für die angenehme und immer schnelle Kommunikation!! Liebe Grüße nochmal an euch... Angelika Weber

This was a great stay. Neda's place is spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. She was very friendly and generous with recommendations. The location is wonderful... both quiet and a short walk to the main seaside promenade, and the rest that the old city has to offer. I would stay here again for sure! Thanks for everything Neda!

Lovely immaculate uncluttered flat, with character. Large very comfortable bed. 34 degrees while we were there but aircon kept us lovely and cool. Plentiful supply of towels. Spacious rooftop terrace with a covered area and breakfast table. Great space to come home to at the end of a hot day. Discreet entrance off small courtyard. Wide well-maintained staircase. Within a few minutes of all old town sights. Cafes, restaurants, supermarket and bakery likewise within minutes. Port five to ten minutes. Pleasant background hubbub from local bars in evening, but soon quiet at night and we slept very soundly. We had a great holiday. Used flat as a base from which to visit resorts on local islands of Brac, Hvar, Korcula and Trogir. Boats were in excellent condition, easy to book, ran very well to time and the trips were very pleasant. Really enjoyed Bol, Jelsa and Korcula Town. Would strongly recommend the flat to friends. Don’t hesitate to book Biljana’s Suite Celebration. It looked just like the photos inside the apartment and having two bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies. It was clean, very comfy beds, ac in all rooms and shower and tub in big bathroom were awesome. If coming with a car there is parking in the street in front of the building but it could be tough if you come later in the day or night, but Biljana helped us find parking and is very friendly and responsive. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and Riva. Many restaurants, cafes, markets, pharmacies within walking distance. Thanks Biljana my friends and I enjoyed our stay.

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

We loved our stay in Split at Bojan’s beautiful apartment! The place had everything we needed for our family of 4. Location was great for walking to town or to the local beach. Bojan and Inga were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay. They sent us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely come back to Split and their apartment!

5 stars all the way! Ante is a first class host, and his apartment was great. Inside the walls of the palace, clean, updated, just as the pictures show. Ante arranged transfers for us, had good restaurant recommendations, even stored our luggage for a few hours in his car after checkout! Easy and quick communications too. Will recommend this place to anyone who visits Split!

Wir können Erikas Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen: Sie liegt zentral, so dass man in alle Richtungen Ausflüge unternehmen kann. Die Wohnung ist bestens für 5 Personen, der Ausblick aufs Meer von der Terrasse ist gigantisch! In 5 Minuten bist du zu Fuß von der Wohnung am herrlichen Strand. Alles traumhaft!!

Great location close to both the harbour and the old town and minutes from a selection of restaurants including the wonderful Anona.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.
