This house is located in a quiet environment, outside the city but close to it. The panoramic view will allow you to relax and forget about the hectic city life and the noise and stress that cities bring. The house is located on a plot of 1500 m2, and it is 100 m away from the nearest neighbor, which allows you full privacy. In front of the house, next to a private, heated, panoramic pool, available from mid-April to the end of October, there are spacious, landscaped, open and covered terraces. Parking is free.

The apartment is very close to the most famous beach in Split, Bačvice. It's about 600 meters or 7 min walking distance, or less. The apartment is situated very close to the city center, the Old town. Walking time is around 10-12 minutes, and the road takes you directly to the Old town (and the farmer's market).
