We found this beautiful apartment to be very well located, spotless and meeting all of our needs during our stay. Great mattress, lots of towels, a variety of kitchen utensils, dishware and glassware. And there is a dryer! We look forward to returning.

Patrick is super responsive and very kind enough to provide flexible check in for us. The house is superb, cozy, clean, tastefully decorated and we're truly enjoying our stay there. We can tell Patrick is going extra mile to maintain the apartment and makes us feel at home. 100% recommend!

We were only passing through Saint Etienne to sleep, so we didn't enjoy the place. However, for what we were looking for (sleeping) it was great. Finally, there is a little noise but it is normal, the apartment is located in a building and in the city.

We really enjoyed our stay. We knew about the stairs and took our time and did not have any issues. A/C was great since it was very hot during our stay and was so nice to have. Great location and the place was just so clean and very nicely decorated. We appreciated the coffee , snacks, juice and milk that was there for our arrival. I would love to stay again if I visit Lyon. Thank you !

Great apartment, close to everything and thanks to transport, Lyon center and old Lyon are within reach. Rémy is very responsive, friendly and very understanding about check-in or checkout times! I recommend it and will come back in the future!

This is a special place in a great location in Lyon. It is very quiet and peaceful as well as very walkable to the old town and surrounding areas. Like the other reviews- yes it is dark inside the entry hallway to the building but there is a light switch right at the entrance. It was totally fine for us. It rained most of the time we were in Lyon so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio - but it was very beautiful. We were also grateful to use the washing machine. The only negative for us were the pillows and the bath towels. I am a small person and I could barely fit the bath towel around me. The pillows were a bit flat. These are small things and did not deter us from loving the flat and the location. Also- do yourself a favor and eat at the restaurant almost directly across the river from the apartment. It’s a 3 min walk and the best food we had in Lyon over the four day stay. I cannot remember the name but the outside is green with twinkle lights- easy to spot. You won’t regret it!

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

Amazing, we highly recommend! The setting/view is just beautiful, the accommodation impeccable, the decoration is neat and tasteful, the bedding is perfect. The accommodation, although next to the farmhouse, offers pleasant privacy. Marianne is warm and very concerned about the well-being of her hosts both in her messages and in the details in the accommodation. We had a fantastic stay at Aurélie and Sébastien’s apartment! The unit is very clean and comes with everything you could possibly need. The location is close to the metro and right next door to a grocery store. You can easily access Lyon by car, bus or metro. The private parking was ideal, fitting our larger SUV in the garage without difficulty. Both Aurélie and Sébastien were very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided fans, to help with the heat in the middle of summer, extra pillows and umbrella’s for a day where there was a thunderstorm expected. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and for going above and beyond! We highly recommend them.
