The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.

La sua posizione privilegiata permette agli ospiti di raggiungere con pochi passi il mare cristallino e di godere della vista e del suono delle onde direttamente dal soggiorno. 
Inoltre a pochi minuti di guida, sono raggiungibili le più rinomate località balneari del Salento come Gallipoli, Santa Maria al Bagno e Santa Caterina.

È situato, effetto nave, sul punto in cui più il mare si avvicina alla terraferma, a metà strada tra le due fantastiche marine di Nardò, Santa Maria al Bagno e Santa Caterina, raggiungibili a piedi e dotate di due pittoresche spiaggette, da ristoranti, bar, stabilimenti balneari, piccoli supermarket provvisti di tutto; sullo sfondo si stende, alla vista, Gallipoli.

Our beautiful historical terrace house was built in 17th century, is located in the middle of historical centre of Gallipoli, near the Basilica di Sant'Agata and was completely renovated with great care in 2018 with the idea of creating a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.
