Mountain cabin by the lake – sauna & boat

Welcome to a simple mountain cabin with sauna, rowboat and location by a quiet mountain lake. The cabin has no power to power or water, but is equipped with a solar cell system and kitchen with gas-powered fridge, stove and roasting top. Water is collected below the cabin. It is about 400 meters to walk from the parking lot at the E10. The annex is a few meters away and has a bedroom, sauna and shower. The shower water is heated by the sauna stove. The cabin is best suited for 2–4 people who want a simple and genuine mountain cabin experience.

Possibility of hiking equipment, backpack, thermos, sitting area, etc. Hot tub is ordered separately, NOK 850,-/ 73,- Euro. Booking min 4 hours in advance. Lambing from mid April to first week of May - opportunity to see the little lambs and proud mothers.

Location between Tromsø and Lofoten Rich wildlife in the area, opportunities to see moose, otters, white-tailed eagles, whales, reindeer, etc. Pier can be used, possibility of using kayaks (weather permitting). A unique experience close to nature. Our cabin is situated in untouched wilderness, close to lakes, valleys and mountains. Unlimited fishing and hiking potential. 35 minutes drive from airport & Harstad, 2.5 hours from Lofoten. Road access and free parking by the cabin. 10 minutes drive to grocery store & the sea. Completely separate from other tourist groups. From the cottage, you have a nice view of Lapporten. And if you're lucky, you'll be able to see the northern lights directly from the cabin. Enjoy your stay in our cabin with loft and wood stove, a place for dog lovers. Meet our Alaskan Huskies, who run free on the yard every day for 1-3 hours. Relax in the sauna and hot tub and take a walk to the nearby River Kalix and enjoy the Nature surrounding us. The good fishing opportunity is worth mentioning. The bathroom and kitchen are outside the cabin within 25m.
