4-person apartment, 23 m2, on the ground floor, very bright, comprising a bedroom, balcony (southwest facing), and ski storage. Close to the slopes, free parking in front of the residence, close to all shops (convenience store a few steps away), restaurants and bars. Tourist office and cinema opposite the residence. Edelweiss residence. Swimming pool, rail sled, and many other activities await you, summer and winter, in this magnificent resort in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes😊

SUPERB APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF RISOUL 1850

Recently refurbished, this 22 m ² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the EDELWEISS residence in the heart of the resort with free parking next to it and about a hundred meters from the ski lifts. It has a bathroom with bathtub , a separate toilet, an open space with sleeping area with a double bed and a seating area with a BZ unfolding into a double bed. A fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, washing machine, large screen TV and large dressing room.

Cozy ski-in/ski-out apartment in Risoul 1850

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay located in the very pretty Risoul 1850 resort. An ideal location thanks to its panoramic view of the valley which makes a different landscape at any time of the year. This fully renovated apartment can accommodate 5 people, 3 bunk beds 80 x 190 at the entrance and a sofa bed 140 x 190 in the living room. Access to the slopes and in particular the edge of the woods is 200 m from the apartment.

Very bright 35 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished on the ground floor in a quiet and secure residence. South-facing terrace and garden of 30 m2 with lake and mountain views. Possibility to park your car in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.
