Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Río San Juan

To say this home is beautiful is a huge understatement and the view is even better than the house!!! Martina and Apolinar are very responsive and their local contacts and recommendations are SO helpful! We especially loved Chef Daniel and Carmen who will come to the house and prepare meals! Modesto was amazing for transportation, as well. We had an amazing vacation and could not ask for more from this property or these host.

Spacious and quiet second floor apartment. Loved the balcony and the neighbors. Appreciated ample parking and good communication with Vilson. Host was quick to respond to our needs.

Cornelius was great. He responded promptly to our enquiries and made us feel welcome. What really set his place apart was the attention to details such as providing extra towels and blankets without the need to ask. He even had wash cloths which is rare in airbnb's in DR. Finally the unlimited hot water was fantastic. Cant say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Julia’s place was impeccably designed with beautiful personal touches to the aesthetic. In a very quiet residential neighbourhood I would say it is almost mandatory to have a car in order to enjoy all there is to offer in the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a peaceful tranquil stay this is the place for you.

This place is incredible! Just 5 minutes from the beautiful Cabarete Beach, which is lined with great restaurants and offers plenty of water activities. At the same time, the location is peaceful, clean, and very safe. Elena and Andrey are wonderful hosts—friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the Dominican Republic!

Bamboo's condo is nicely decorated, bright and airy with large sliding glass windows that lead out to the side balcony and main balcony. The condo has an amazing view of the well kept gardens and ocean. The beautiful beach is just steps away with restaurants down to the right. The area is great for walking with Janet's grocery store as well as restaurants close by. Bamboo as well as the condo staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

came here on a solo surf trip, it was perfect. I wanted a low key place that wasn't a resort. This is a one bedroom apartment in a quiet safe location tucked away with a great outdoor space. The kitchen has all the basics to cook your own meals. The AC works well, it's in the bedroom only, but the house was cool when I came back from the beach every day (with the AC off), there's also a clean pool to cool off in. There's a fan in the kitchen as well if you need a breeze while cooking! The shower has hot water and decent pressure. Easy 5-10 min walk to the food park, a bakery/breakfast, and 2 convenience stores, and an ATM. Most importantly it's a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Absolutely highly recommend for a solo traveler/couple. I felt safe here and walked to the beach alone and to/from the shop at night. Eve was soooo helpful and very responsive! Her place looks exactly like the photos. Thank you so much Eve!!!

Once again my wife and I would like to thank Melissa (and BIG THANKS to Sabrina, you're the BEST!!) for the use of her condo. The condo was everything we had wished for and more. Orilla del Mar is a great place to visit the property is gorgeous and the facilities are excellent. ODM's staff are constantly working at keeping the property in pristine shape and are always there to help with any request (big THANKS to Raul). Next, I must say that the other people that are owners or renters at ODM, are some of the best people that I have ever met. Always a good morning or good day and always very open to any questions that we may have had, as to ODM or the surrounding Cabarete area. The local Dominican's are again very friendly and helpful a real bonus to making for a very successful vacation. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this location. Nayelyn's associate Richie who handled the interaction with us was great again as always. Extremally helpful and very quick with responses. The apartment is located on a large beautiful end lot overlooking undeveloped land on one side which offers very enjoyable undisturbed privacy. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The property is located in Perla Marina, a gated community which is a great walkable area and direct access to a beautiful quiet beach. There are also several very good restaurants within this community offering a wide range of food choices. The community is approximately halfway between Sousa and Cabarete. We love the beach in Cabarete and the large amount of different dining options both on and off the beach there.

This was our first time in the DR and so we were in for a surprise. We had a great stay at Toms air bnb. It was well located and yet private and homely. Tom was an excellent host, one had to message him for something and before you could even wait, it was done. His man Friday, Roman, was a real gem of an all rounder. Almost at one's beck and call and so cheerful. Most effiecient and deligent worker. Tom gave us some excellent leads for things to do and next trip too we plan on staying here and consulting him before we head out. Would highly recoment staying here. Clean, safe and homely. Maybe a little pricey. However well located and gives you space to chill and enjoy the place. A real holiday and treat. Thank you Tom, and your supper efficient team.

Had at great stay in Francois apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Seawinds is a very well maintained community. I have stayed at Seawinds many times and Francois apartment is the best I have stayed in.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Our recent holiday at Ocean One was wonderful in a very pleasant atmosphere. Our host was available for any issues we had and responded quickly!

Tuvimos el privilegio de pasar 11 semanas en este preciosísimo lugar. La ubicación es estratégica, a medio camino entre la ruta principal y la playa El Encuentro, lo que garantiza tranquilidad y canto de pájaros todo el día. El departamento está orientado para disfrutar del desayuno en sombra y ver bellos atardeceres. Todo es tal como en las fotos, el condominio muy bien mantenido, con vigilancia nocturna. Los anfitriones atentos, el internet Starlink y generador eléctrico aseguran una estadía muy cómoda. Algunas observaciones: 1. El sofá está algo deteriorado, sería bueno cambiarlo. 2. Hay hormigas, aunque proporcionan insecticidas. 3. Los corredores de la cortina en la entrada son largos y a veces llegan a pegar. 4. Las ventanas laterales pueden abrirse al cerrar la puerta principal. 5. Hay pocas tiendas cercanas, pero eso podría cambiar con el desarrollo de la zona. Pese a estos detalles, el lugar es increíble. Felices de regresar para otra gran temporada de surf!

Had a great stay in this beautiful condo! Loved the space, the only thing was that it was a little noisy, but not surprising given right off the bustling Main Street of Cabarete. Only a block away from the beach and 2 blocks from the main supermarket so great location. Very accommodating host, would recommend.

A beautiful bright, well appointed apartment with an open view on a spectacular property. Convenient location close to town with all main points of interests close by, especially anything water sports related of course! The hosts both Paz and Ana were incredibly responsive, trustworthy and friendly. We look forward to going back again soon!

Richard is a first class and superior host. He is responsive and effective and yet not intrusive. I cannot speak more highly of him. His cleaning staff Elena is excellent as well. We have booked for next year and look forward to our lovely winter home in 2026.

We loved our stay. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and the location is fantastic. The condo is really well kept and quiet. Would definitely recommend.
