Absolutely amazing place

Extremely satisfied with the place. Everything was clean and organized, very private and green. Beautiful scenery and spacious place. It's in the middle of everything, easy access to great places. Can't recommend it enough.

Royal Residence is a great small community complex. The residents and guest are extremely friendly. The unit is well located to accessing the pool. Not sure why but the power goes on and off quite frequently Charlotte is a great host and was very quick when I needed a few things replaced. The R&R staff are all very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and made many new friends

I had a terrific time at Eric's place. The beach was awesome and I hope that this place is available when I return to the country. I would recommend this place.

First I would like to say that my boyfriend, my dog and I had a wonderful time at Villa Belisia Maria. We all felt very comfortable and cozy here. The place was walkable to the beach but since it was rainy we had to drive less than 10 minutes. The pool was perfect, the Villa had everything we needed and the rooms were very well organized and clean. The host Jhoselyn was helpful from the start and very welcoming. The manager Danny was also very helpful from the start as he showed us how to get to the beach the minute we arrived at the villa. He was also very responsive to any requests or questions that we had. The property was very well kept and very beautiful greenery all around, making it feel peaceful and breathtaking. The inside of the Villa was neat, cozy and nicely decorated. There were supplies on hand like toiletries, towels, paper towels, cooking utensils and laundry detergents. All in all, everything was perfect for us! We would most definitely be coming back here next time.

Our experience was amazing. The place is as shown in the photos. Hally was always very friendly and helpful, responded quickly and even recommended several places to eat/have dinner. The house is located in a very strategic area of the town, as most places (including beaches) are 5-7 minutes away. The farthest place we visited (Playa Grande) is only 12-15 minutes from the house. The people in the village are very friendly and willing to help. We would definitely come back. One suggestion might be to have a dryer in the bathroom, which is quite spacious. I understand that many people visit Rio San Juan for the amenities it offers, including its beaches and spas, and if the house had that equipment it would be easier for the guest to carry that clothing.

Kelvin was a great host. Also, the description matched my expectations. The place is a great value and is close to many good restaurants (my favorite was Swai but I also really liked 2 others: La Capola and The Food Truck King). Kelvin was very helpful and welcoming.

Amazing place, amazing host. The villa is not only beautiful but also very comfortable. It’s only 2mins walk to kite beach and a few mins drive to downtown. Drew has been amazing accommodating the place for my baby (buying a park, high chair, etc.) and has been very responsive during our stay.

Highly recommended, just had an issue with the ac at the back room and it took 2 days to be sorted out !

Beautiful place and excellent view.

Such a wonderful stay with amazing hosts! Incredible beach and restaurants nearby. Private backyard pool, can't beat location, bright with TONS of natural light and fresh drinking water provided. Wifi was fast and the master bathroom is a DREAM!! We can't wait to visit again, host was super responsive and helpful during our stay. 10 out of 10!!

This house was one of the best houses I have stayed at for a air bnb. It was exactly like the photos. The view is to die for. Amazing huge home. Ac, washer/dryer and hot water worked excellent. The pool topped it off. Flavien was super responsive with any questions I had. 3 min from Rio San Juan. I will stay here again for sure. Total 5 star!!!!

Very serene and tranquil. Went to 3 beaches the best of which was Caleta. Very nice beach. Good location, convenient to everything. They had a massage table which I didnt even use. Saw a couple of huge spiders but I looked them up and they are harmless! I liked the town which is Rio San Juan. I learned that Cabrera is actually a bit further away. Overall had a great stay

I had a wonderful stay at Darilza’s place! The house was immaculate, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I felt completely at home and cherished every moment. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing retreat. The garden was gorgeous, and I really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the patio. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to relax and unwind.

Host was great and was there when we got there to show us around. The driveway to get back off Rt 5 is narrow but is fine for a car. Unit was very clean and airy. No ac but we didn't need it with windows open. It's about as private as you will find for the price. There is a house close by on one side but we barely saw anyone there the whole time. It's also only a 30 minute drive from Cabarate, where there are lots of great eating options. Host was super responsive. Would definitely go back!
