The building has an excellent play area for both adults and children. Friendly, polite and responsive host, and give clear instructions in advance. We want to return!

The apartment matches the listing, everything is clean and organized, Junior is always attentive, very close to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the mall, our stay was perfect, I recommend it, I will definitely come back more often.

Each little corner thought with very good taste and creativity, making the accommodation go beyond just resting. I recommend it! We had a great time there! Cozy, well-equipped, clean, with structure (TV and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room). The condominium pool is very good and is two blocks from the beach (we went and returned on foot without problems). Very good condominium orai service! Amanda was very helpful with instructions and service. Check-out was flexible (which allowed us to escape the traffic on the way back!). I recommend it! And we'll definitely be back.

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

The apartment is perfect in a great condominium full of leisure options (outdoor pool and heated pool, spa, sauna, courts, game room), parking spaces and close to the beach with easy access in a quiet point of the Riviera. It's very nice to have all the amenities with bed and bath linens, we only took the beach towels. Full kitchen, everything clean and organized. Great and fast communication.

We had amazing days at the beach! The trip was super pleasant, with moments of rest, fun and good laughs. Great apartment, super spacious, recently renovated, all very new and clean. Building with great infrastructure and location.

It was 4.5🌟, I put 5 due to the Praia service with the right to chairs, tables and umbrellas, in good condition and the boys from Praia were super nice, as well as the Hotel staff, the hostess Rosana treated us super well, gave us tips, treated us very well, flexible check-in and many utensils. It would be good (not depending on her, of course) to renovate some outdoor areas, invest in the toy library area, have one of the pools heated and covered, and some of the plant projects are currently advertisements. Thank you very much for being in a good and quiet place, good and quiet beach, we will come back other times
