Genesis house was great for our family. Beautiful, clean, and homey. The pool was perfect for our girls to play in. The house has solar power which was a life saver during a 36 hour blackout we experienced. Mayela reached out to make sure we were ok and provided us with guidance and updates. If you are looking for a place to stay in Salinas, you should definitely book this house. Thank you.

Salinas Beach House with Pool

The host was very accommodating. The place was clean and smelled so good. Love how they had the place set up. I did not like the local beach but her beautiful home made up for it. Top portion of the how was so relaxing and chill. The pool are is adorable love that they have a bathroom outdoors. I highly recommend this place. My only suggestion is that they invest on changing the screens some wear and tear so you get mosquitos in the house.

$50 - Cleaning Fee Family Fun House by the Beach

Hector was super responsive the entire process- from before even booking! We had things that we wanted to do all over the island- Ponce, Yauco, Cabo Rojo, Aguadilla, Cayey, Rio Grande & San Juan. Everything was within a reasonable drive. The biggest selling factor, other than the responsiveness, was the toys for the kids, and the large (wide) bunk beds. We came with our 1 year old, so entertaining him at the house was not a concern, and I wasn't worried about him rolling/falling off the bed. My husband and I said that these hosts definitely have kids because the toys were absolutely PERFECT- only parents would know what to/not to have. The air conditioning worked very well, and very quickly. We only ever ate breakfast there, but it seemed like they had everything you'd need (dishes/utensils) for any meal. Additionally, the outdoor patio space was so cute. We wished we would have taken the time to utilize that space. Definitely will consider staying here again for our next trip!

The space is beautiful. Lourdes really placed little things to make it a 5 star stay. King size bed that is soo comfortable! As far as the description, the space is huge maybe 800 square feet, I read the description as a 1 bedroom apartment. In New York, where I am from, that would mean that there is a a door separating the room. In NYC, the apartment description would be either an alcove studio or 2 room studio . The kitchen is a full size kitchen which met our needs. I share about the door because it made some remote work challenging. ( Also, I understand that apartment descriptions are cultural.)I loved the space and hope to stay there again. Also the space is newly remodeled and the air conditioning works really well and is really strong.

Great place. Listing describes it well. Yerania was a great host - super responsive! Had a great time walking around Salinas eating and drinking at all the spots (El Kioskito Mio was the best!). Also hooked tons of tarpon right off the pier. Pool was great - we played tons of water basketball/HORSE.

Nahomy was an excellent host and the place was great! Everything was very clean and cozy. Great beds and sheets and nice bathrooms and well stocked kitchen. All the essentials! Really enjoyed the gas cooktop too! The area feels safe and is fun at night to walk to nearby places for beer or food. We would definitely recommend this place and would look forward to coming back! Loved our visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lulu’s place! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor space was cozy with absolutely beautiful views. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and made for a perfect way to unwind. The local restaurants Lulu recommended were fantastic—great food that matched her descriptions perfectly, and the sunsets from both the house and the restaurants were unreal. This was such a relaxing getaway, which was exactly what we needed. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would definitely come back. Thanks, Lulu!
