Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Río Grande

Esto si es bueno y barato. Desde que llegué antes de hacer el check-in ya tenía mensajes con una lista de todo lo cercano: rest, parques, supermercados, diversión, garajes etc. Estaban a un mensaje, pendientes, atentos por si necesitaba algo. Hablé con Pablo, un caballero muy respetuoso, amable, cómico, nos brindó otro abanico para la sala aunque los cuartos cuentan con buen aire acondicionado que deja la casa fría y fresca. La cocina, baño, muy bien equipados, sala bastante cómoda donde me llevé a mi perra que es grande y ella estaba muy cómoda. Se paseó por la urb. y todo muy tranquilo es excelente ubicación. El jacuzzi maravilloso y tiene vista. No hay vecinos o casas visibles así que es bastante privado. Cuenta con “carpa” afuera para no mojarse si fuera a llover. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar, recomiendo todo a ojos cerrados, no se arrepentirán.

Marta and Jorge were very responsive. The views were beautiful and the ac worked wonderfully in the bedroom. We had our 1.5 year old son and they had a pack and play we were able to use for him to sleep in which was a plus. The security at the condo were super friendly and wonderful with our son. We would definitely stay there again.

My son and I had a great time staying at this home. It was exactly as described, clean and small just enough for the 2 people who are staying. We did unfortunately experience the island wide blackout while in PR. Altagracia reached out to make sure we were okay and that she was available if we needed anything. We appreciated that very much. She responds quickly and is the sweetest. She gave us so many recommendations and the few that we tried did not disappoint at all. Overall my son and I were super comfortable and loved every moment of our stay.

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

We had a great stay at the villas! There was more than enough room for a family of 5 adults. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials like pots and pans and knives, and even a blender, and we were able to use it to cook a number of great meals. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the multi-unit setup was great to provide individual space to different groups. The soundproofing between the apartments was excellent. The outdoor area significantly exceeded our expectations, and was a great environment to relax and hang out in. The pool was clean and a good size and depth, with a good collection of floaties and toys. The view was breathtaking and there were tons of options for seating to enjoy it and interact with your group. The location felt secure, the neighbors were kind, and the host was impressively responsive. Overall would definitely recommend this AirBnB to anyone going to Puerto Rico with a group.

nicks place was so lovely !!! the drive was beautiful!!! his place was perfect I used the rooftop more then anything!!!! rooms were very comfortable and clean !!! multiple balconies ...so definitely had privacy. no complaints or any trouble. I was gone exploring puerto rico so didn't get to check out the beach or pool but both looked beautiful I would stay here again forsure!!! He had everything you need ... washer dryer ect ...wine cooler ... peaceful stay.

I have to say that this air bnb has been such a pleasure to stay at. The pool and the outside area was definitely the highlight for me and my family. I go to Puerto Rico every year to celebrate my birthday and my family and I had so much fun in the outdoor area. The pool had lights for night time fun and was very clean and pristine. There was a lighted gazebo area for us to play dominoes and hang out at. The house was clean and smelled great! My mom fell in love with the little neighborhood kitty that came around to hang out with us. The neighborhood was quiet and felt super safe. There are so many close food spots. Please visit the Cafeteria Pimentel and El Verde in Rio Grande! Very enticing great food in both places. Honestly I could keep going on and on about this air bnb and the area.

Overall easy check in and out. Place was cozy and clean. Unfortunately there was an island wide power outage that happened while we were away at a beach but the host reached out very quickly to let us know what was going on. They have a backup solar panel as well. Everything as described! The location was conveinant. I'll be booking again when we return to the island. Check the house to see what you need before going out to buy things for your stay because it may be there, like seasonings for cooking LOL! We didn't and bought to much so the next guests will have items we had to leave behind. Overall 10 out of 10.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

Larry was incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly. The house was on a fantastic spot—less the a 5 minute was to restaurants, food trucks, bars, the liquor store, and most importantly, the beach. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at Edith’s! Plenty of space for 5 of us, nice small beach nearby (the house has kayaks!), cute friendly neighborhood animals, and a very budget friendly bakery a few minute walk away for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!

For my families first experience to Puerto Rico I would have to say that Angels home made our trip feel comfortable and family friendly! It was an amazing location and we had an amazing time!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. I came with my husband, mother-in-law and 1-year-old daughter. It was comfortable and cozy for all of us. The views of the ocean from the condo was incredible and breathtaking. It suited our family of 4 perfectly. I will stay again. Thank you!

We loved Gabriel’s place. The views of the ocean were amazing, the place was just steps from the beach, from the kiosks in Luquillo, and from other great restaurants in Luquillo. Parking was easy, the apartment was clean, it all felt very safe, and Gabriel was a very helpful and communicative host! We’d definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy's place! The condo is comfortable and nicer than the photos show. We loved the rooftop terrace and the quiet location. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was wonderful! Having a grocery store right down the road was really nice and Nancy was very responsive to all of our questions! A couple things that would be helpful to know for your stay here: it is on the top floor (super nice!!) so you do have to walk up a few flights of stairs. We loved Seven Seas Beach and La Pared Beach in Luquillo! They are about 15-20 minutes away via car so renting/having a car is a must! The condo is located in Luis M Cintron, not in downtown Fajardo which means that it's quiet and calm but not walkable to a beach. Having beach chairs provided was amazing. We did not end up using the pools but they looked really nice and didn't seem busy or crowded. So, if you're looking for an affordable Puerto Rico vacation we definitely recommend Nancy's place!

Nice place. The ocean is beautiful but no beach to swim at in front of property. Clean and everything listed. Felt safe in area. Lots to do if you have a car.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

Sumy was very responsive & proactive in ensuring our stay would be not stressful and very pleasant. the instructions provided were very easy we had no problems checking in. The pictures shown does not do the place justice. very clean with a good amount of amenities provided. we felt right at home for our family of 4. Peaceful location, we had no issues with noisy neighbors or issues in general. Security personnel were present and friendly. Location is very close to the Ferry if you want to go take it to Vieques or Culebras. Not far from Fajardo and Luquillo. We were able to get to Seven Seas Beach, Luquillo Beach, Playa Azul, & El Yunque forest. Our trip to PR was very enjoyable, staying at Sumy's place made it even better.
