Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 comfortable full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have yet to be installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)

Our name comes from one of the endemic animals of PR "El Coqui" which you can enjoy its particular song at night.

This is a wonderful, relaxing beachfront condo. The setting is ideal for a nice beach vacation in Vereda Del Mar, Rio Grande. It is located in close proximity to the Rainforest (El Yunque), Wyndham Resort & Golf, and so many beautiful beaches by car, boat or just walking. Only a 30 minute drive from the airport, you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city in the beach. Washer and dryer are available inside the condo with all needed to do laundry. Gated community with 24 hour security.

Enjoy the beach. You’ll love the unobstructed ocean front views as well as the location on the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort. The unique condo boasts eclectic furnishings and local art. The property has an infinity pool, a lap pool, and hot tub. Our villa is close to El Yunque (15 min.), SJU Airport (25 min.), Luquillo kiosks (10 min.) and Fajardo (20 min.). Come to play, explore, or just relax on the beach- a stone's throw away. The condo is fully equipped and there is NO CLEANING FEE!

You are going to love my place, it is in the condominium with large green areas, security 24/7, beautiful beach, 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, children's area, outdoor exercise machines. First floor apartment with large terrace with furniture and BBQ facing the sea, equipped kitchen, rooms with air conditioning, washer/dryer, modern living with tv, sound system, DVD and excellent WIFI service, beach towels and chairs...everything you need for a great vacation or remote work
