Condo vacation rentals in Río Grande

Had a wonderful stay at Lolys place. She was very responsive to my questions and I felt very safe and at home in her place. The condo was centered right by the pool and the beach which was extremely convenient for myself and my family. I would happily stay at Lolys again!

Our stay at Diana’s was like having a home away from home. The pool and seemly private beach were just what we were looking for. The location was also perfect for day trips to El Yunque rainforest, local restaurants and multiple other pristine beaches. Diana was an amazing host super responsive and understanding to all our needs. Highly recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

we loved our stay here! the highlights: 2 big bedrooms, lots of living space, & a great view for coffee each morning on the balcony! We arrived very late, but the host made sure we knew exactly where to go & what to do. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Absolutely loved this place! The beach is right outside the door. The restaurants are within walking distance or just a few minutes drive. The view from the balcony was beautiful. When I come back to PR, i will be staying here again :)

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is nice and clean. There are so many little extras like 3 cold water bottles in the fridge, a snack bar, beach chairs, coolers, board games. The A/C works really well in the rooms. Very helpful and detailed check-in instructions. There is a pool that stays open until 11pm (and security will ask you to leave if it is after that time). The beach is a short walk to the back of the complex. The beach is nice to look at during sunset, but has a lot of debris on the sand and the water is also too dirty to get in. The mosquitoes bite and you can't stay on the beach without OFF bug spray. It is a short drive to Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks, and also El Yunque National Park. Overall very pleased and glad we stayed here!

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. Our stay at this studio apartment in Fajardo was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was spotless, the bed was cozy, and all the amenities made our stay effortless and enjoyable. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking view. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and the stunning surroundings was an unforgettable experience. The location was also fantastic. We were just a short distance from several excellent restaurants, offering a variety of delicious local cuisine. Beyond the apartment itself, the atmosphere in Fajardo was incredible. The people were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and convenient place to stay in Fajardo. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Gabriel was as an excellent host-- extremely responsive & quick to answer any questions we may of had. The views of the beach from Gabriel's Airbnb are stunning-- absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a great spot to stay in Puerto Rico-- I highly recommend a stay at Gabriel's spot!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better — it’s right by the kiosk that has everything you need, from great food and drinks to a lively atmosphere. One of the highlights for me was the pool table right next door — I love playing pool, so that was a great surprise. It’s also super close to everything in Luquillo, which made exploring the area really convenient. The host was fantastic — friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

It’s at an amazing location, just in front of beach, easy to access from San Juan and Ceiba ferry terminal, with supermarket and restaurant around. We want to stay more!

We’ve been staying at Airbnbs since the very beginning, and this was by far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The views were absolutely stunning, and the pool was so comfortable and inviting. We loved being within walking distance to dinner, our sailboat tour, and close to both the bioluminescent tour and the rainforest excursion. The kitchen was used daily and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials—we truly appreciated every detail that was considered. Juan’s communication was exceptional—better than any host we’ve ever had. He called us ahead, made sure we got in okay & communicated clearly throughout the visit. The place was absolutely stunning. We couldn't imagine a better location or have had a better experience. Thank you again for your kindness and for allowing us to enjoy such a special place.

This place was an excellent choice for our family. The location was wonderful with a quick walk to the beach or the pool. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and towels - everything you needed for a day at the beach or pool. The complex was private and well secured. Having air conditioners in each bedroom ensured a cool night sleep for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals but there were also plenty of restaurant options within a 5 minute drive. We were so happy we chose this area of Puerto Rico to stay in and Hector’s place was fantastic!

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time at Diana's place. The location is awesome and the views of the water from the unit were outstanding....just what our family needed. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The entire island of PR experienced a brief blackout during our stay and Diana went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our family above and beyond what other Airbnb hosts would typically do (we travel a lot and use Airbnb frequently). We have 3 young children ages 5 and under and they had a blast. We would not hesitate to recommend Diana and will keep her in mind for future stays beyond just this location. We will be returning!

Just returned from 2 weeks at Rio Grande The location of this condo was perfect ! Beautiful quiet beach and large swimming pool and views of El Yunque from the balcony So many delicious restaurants within a few minutes drive… too many to list Loved exploring different beaches and having the use of the wagon and beach chairs and towels was an added bonus Carl was the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered !! Any minor issues were dealt with immediately!! Looking forward to returning to Puerto Rico one day Thanks again Carl for a memorable holiday!!

Kate and William's place was the perfect fit for us. As a first time visitor to Puerto Rico traveling with adult children, it offered peaceful surroundings, a beautiful beach, and a convenient pool. Just a short drive to the Luquillo kiosks and El Yunque National Forest, we were able to maximize our time rather than sitting in a car for hours. We can't wait to go back!

This airbnb is exceptional. It has above and beyond amenities/stock like tin foil, sunscreen, beach towels, umbrella, beach game. Additionally- the views are wonderful, the ac works and the bed is comfy! Literally my only note for the whole place is that the pillows are intensely stuffed and for someone with neck problems this posed a difficulty for me- this is minor, but just wanted to note it. I hope to stay here again! I read reviews that said grocery store, etc was walkable and while this is true- I thought it would be helpful to know that the grocery and walgreens are across a pretty busy highway like road- so we drove even though it is right across the street. Luquillo which is walkable (by beach or street) or a short drive had restaurants, coffeeshops, breakfast, etc.
