This is the 2nd time I've stayed in the flat, and Alexandre is super helpful, the environment is wonderful and the kitchen has excellent utensils. In the end I had the pleasure of meeting him in person at the reception of paradise and he was super nice and attentive. Looking forward to coming back again.

I and my family are very grateful for the days of much joy, comfort and tranquility. We had a spectacular view in all rooms and balcony. We take advantage of the facilities of the condominium and the ease of going to the sea. Too much Indico and we will definitely be back.

The stay in the apt of Mr Kelps was very good. Tranquila. The apartment exactly as the pictures. Very comfortable for two people. Clean. The location is great, in front of the beach sign of Areia Preta good for walking. We love it!

We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

The stay at Maria's house was very quiet. The location was great for what we needed, nearby restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. I felt at home, very comfortable and clean. And Maria's hospitality was amazing. I loved it and at a next opportunity in Christmas it will be a place sought again to stay.

Enrico's place is a 💎 in São Miguel do Gostoso. It is close to the beach and you can walk to the strip where the restaurants are located. The house itself is great, with a lovely swimming pool to relax. The communication was easy and the lady helping locally was really great. I definitely recommend his place.

Excellent house. It matches the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is by facial recognition at the entrance to the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing that leaves anything to be desired.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

The house is great, we were in a group of 22 adults, all were well accommodated, the house was fully equipped. Mr. Oswaldo is super kind. We loved our stay, and we'll be back.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in... Extremely clean, fragrant and organized apartment. Many kitchen utensils and appliances. For those who like a set table, it has all the utensils. Very comfortable bed, pure cotton sheets and MMartan towels. The pools are wonderful. I plan to stay again. A thousand points for Pedro for his care and agility in responding to guests.

It was really a pleasure to have stopped at Eva.The apartment was spotless, 50 meters from the beach...supermarket 30 meters away...and restaurants and bars in lots. The location is also excellent and Eva is always very attentive and predisposed to having a nice stay as it really happened. It also features a swimming pool and laundry room in the building.
