I spent the weekend with my husband and daughter and a couple of friends. It was all amazing, the house is so nice that we didn't even get out of it for a walk in the city at night. Also, I love the Tourinhos beach which is relatively close to the house. It is well worth it. Voltaria for sure.

The stay in the apt of Mr Kelps was very good. Tranquila. The apartment exactly as the pictures. Very comfortable for two people. Clean. The location is great, in front of the beach sign of Areia Preta good for walking. We love it!

Great apartment! Well ventilated, with good kitchen utensils. Roberto and Raquel are great hosts, always available and ready to help with any problem. The building has 24-hour concierge, covered garage with two spaces, 3 elevators and a fitness center. The pool was being renovated. The apartment has two bedrooms, one office, two bathrooms. It's great for home office.

I went with a group of friends for the second time this year and it was amazing. Sara is very attentive and friendly. The environment is super organized, clean and we feel practically at home. I highly recommend it! Zumbi is a paradise and Sara's Chalets are the best option to stay in the area.

I spent a month in the apartment of Lucas and I have nothing to complain about, it met my expectations. At first I thought the neighborhood was a bit dangerous, but it was quiet, I was always walking around and there was no problem. A special thanks to Jorge, who received us, very helpful and always at his disposal to help us.

Guilherme was always requested in communications and helped us with a flexible check in. The apartment is clean and the condominium comfortable, very good deal for the amount paid. I recommend!

Perfect! Quiet beach, great pool! The apt is very good, well equipped and comfortable. The beds are great, have air conditioning and fan in all the rooms. Perfect for taking the family and relaxing!!

The house is exactly as advertised. The route to the condominium is super easy and fast, a peaceful, quiet region with lots of nature. The house is great, super ventilated, has all the utensils we need. Super indico and I will be back again. The condominium is by the sea, opened the gate is on the beach, with great staff. Fabiano is super helpful.

Everything is fine, the only thing is that the avenue in front is noisy, it's annoying at night when you want to rest, everything else is a 10!

The beachfront is under construction so I opted for other tours, but I believe that when everything is over, the condominium will have an extra advantage right in front. Thanks again for everything!
