The stay was excellent! The site is very well located, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was exactly like in the pictures: super cozy, clean and well-organized. Wonderful stay! We were 3 people and we stayed 12 days in Nazaré's apartment. The check in/check-out, done quickly by the concierge. The Property combines: comfort, security and location. On arrival we noticed the impeccable cleaning of the property and the wonderful view of Ponta Negra and Morro do Careca Beach. Apt° has everything that is necessary for a great stay: very well assembled kitchen to make food or snacks, suites with excellent beds and Nazaré leaves a change of bedding, table and bath linen (with plenty). What to say about Nazaré (Super hostel)... a love of person! Simpathic, solicitous, always answering any questions quickly and gave us many tips on Ponta Negra. On arrival left us a delicious chocolate cake! We love everything and want to come back! Recommended! Come without fear!

Excellent, without "but". Actually there was almost no contact, first because Olímpio itself already sends instructions that are very clear by whats, according to the fact that it is "self check-in" at any time. It's simple: just wait for the day and arrive at the front desk saying it's there for check-in. Limpeza, AP, Vista; impeccable accommodation.

Eitaaa that wonderful home. I stayed with the whole family. Marília is a very considerate host. The residence was clean, bedrooms with linen, clean bathrooms, all household utensils are easy to access for use. And with very whim the homemaker came every day to clean the pool. The taste was to stay more days in the house. It was worth our location very much.

The house is very beautiful and comfortable. We love to stop by and on a next visit to São Miguel do Gostoso, we will definitely be back!

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

If you're looking for a cozy, private, quiet environment for you to feel at home, this is the perfect place! Kelps was very attentive during our stay, I liked it so much that I ended up extending our stay in Natal for another day. In the photos the house is already wonderful, personally it surprises even more! I'm in love and sure when we get back to Christmas, this will be my first choice!

The house is excellent, spacious and comfortable. A great beach house experience, with integration with nature and the beauty of the place. All very thin and comfortable, with a touch of simplicity. The house has the necessary utensils for a great stay. We also had the assistance of Fátima, always very kind and that made all the difference. We love the time we spent there.

The kitchen is an Upgrade in the stay. All appliances work perfectly, with good space for cooking, and a pantry to easily store the groceries we bring. The pool is a spectacle, very good! The local security and the structure of the house are admirable. We felt very safe. There is a person to organize the common space of the house, which in this case gave us comfort and time to enjoy our time even more. And how could I fail to mention Rosi, our host, she is a sweetheart of a person. Happy!

The apartment is spacious and very nice. The condominium is a spectacle, sorry that we did not have time to enjoy all the amenities. We were able to welcome our guests. The area is full of restaurants, has several options for breakfast and well policed. Iza is a lovely person and was super attentive with us. Eduardo is an excellent host. The apartment is good! It could improve a little. Improve the cleaning a little. The air conditioning in the room is very noisy and needs maintenance. The air-conditioning does not work in the double room and even with the fan it is very hot. But the apartment is okay.
