Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Rio de Janeiro/Zona Norte

We had a great experience in this home! The space is large and airy and very comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy, and the place is super pleasant, ideal for resting. The hosts were super flexible with check-in and checkout, which made us very comfortable during the stay. The only suggestion of improvement would be in relation to the cleaning of the pool, which could be a little better taken care of. Overall, it was a great stay and I recommend!

Excellent space, with complete infrastructure, all desirable utensils and very good taste. Privileged location and easy to get to. It is located in the middle of the beach of Piratininga, height of the delirium kiosk, a space aimed at those who enjoy rock in roll, as in my case, our host, Bruno, was extremely kind and polite. we had already been there 1 time, with the whole family, to solve a mass of a death of a family member and had already been great. Now only my parents went to solve bureaucratic problems in the city and simply loved, felt at home, didn't even want to leave RS, went hiking, they liked the nearby area, the variety of trade, banks, markets, etc. Ana Paula helped them with the TV and with everything they needed, they will be more often if you need it. An amazing villa and conveniently located in Rio. Large and comfortable it is also well made for friends and families. Luciana is very kind and present, with good advice, it's a pleasure to have met him.

I've been to Rio de Janeiro more than 20 times. I've stayed in several Airbnb houses and apartments, but this one was definitely one of the most amazing so far. The house is very well maintained, you can see in every detail the affection that the owner has for the house. The house is well-equipped, it has all possible utensils. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The rooms are air-conditioned and the beds are extremely comfortable. The house is practically on the beach street and is in a very quiet neighborhood. I hope that all guests take great care of the house, as the owners do and as we did during our stay. Anyway, we loved it and intend to return other times.

Highly satisfactory stay. Well-built house, beautifully decorated and well located, on a street with buildings of great standard. The nearby beaches are very good and the neighborhood is very quiet and quiet. The space at the back of the house, which includes a swimming pool and barbecue, is grandly pleasant and familiar. The appartment has all standart equippement and is well alight. It does lack luxury but if that is not what the renter is looking for the surroundings and the hospitability of henrique will make up for it at ease. We had a great stay!

Our accommodation was great! The apartment is not large but it is as described in the listing. Marco treated us super well and was super flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment has a wonderful location. A special bonus to the doorman of the day who was super nice and playful. I'd stay again if I need to!

Our stay at this spacious home in Rio was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for us to relax. The host was an excellent communicator—always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A huge plus was the flexibility with check-out. That level of hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Rio!

Great modern and clean apartment with good AC in a very convenient location in Copa, 24 hour security with private entry off the street, friendly and accommodating host, would definitely stay again.

I liked the accommodation very much, the street is without exit and there is no concierge, initially I felt a little insecure about it, but the street is very quiet and it ended up passing us security. The ap was clean and cozy, ideal for a couple and the location is good with everything close by. Dona Laila was a cute one, she served us very well and gave us tips on what to do.

I loved apt. I felt super at home, quiet place,in the heart of the city,the surroundings with plenty of commerce and things to do,outside the tranquility and quiet of the place. For sure with availability,I will stay more often at Daniel's place.

The apt is great, well decorated, functional, well clean, well equipped, perfect for short or even long stays. The condominium is very comfortable, very beautiful, and with many amenities. All features compensate for the fact that it is not a sea front. Fast commute to beach (R$20 uber) . The host was extremely kind and attentive. I will certainly return. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is otimooo!! Super clean and very complete, with everything we need, Dona Nira served us super well, great hostess, we felt at home!!! Not to mention the common area of the condominium, with sports court, playground, bowling, gym , not to mention the pool, amazing, a real resort pool, All perfect!😍

You're all set Check-in very practical through digital doorknob, gentle and caring gatekeepers, gave us the zap of the gatehouse to warn of our order from iFood. Clean and organized place. Kitchen with the basics, but works very well for short stays, catering very well. The building has no elevator, but for us it was not a problem, even with 2 young children. The parking space of the car is not at the door of the building, but it is in the back that we also saw no problem, because we were able to see our balcony car and we were more relaxed. There is a little market inside the condominium that saves, the prices are not abusive, a little more expensive, but it is worth the convenience. The city had an evaluation that complained about the shower, the pressure really varies during the bath, but just open the faucet a little more. We even found the shower great, with good pressure and temperature very easy to adjust. But you have to be willing to do the minimum, gas shower is not the same electric, you have to know how to use

Comfortable apartment with everything you need, very clean and its location in front of the pool is spectacular. Isodora is an excellent host, she always responded to inquiries and also recommended restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. Highly recommended for going with children.
