Condo vacation rentals in Rio de Janeiro/Zona Norte

My stay was wonderful! The apartment was super clean, fragrant and organized with affection. There was nothing missing! The duvet was so warm it felt like a hug 🥰 Check-in was easy, right at the front desk. Communication with Maurício was excellent: always quick and attentive. The location is great for those who want to enjoy the west side of Rio. I've seen people complaining about the distance, but just use common sense: if you want the south zone, stay there. Now, to enjoy the west side, Verano Stay is the best choice! The cost-benefit is great, with a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, grocery store and restaurant with affordable prices. The condominium is beautiful, high-end structure, like "from a soap opera"! And security is a strong point: a guardhouse right at the entrance to the street, always with police, in addition to all the internal care. I loved everything and I'll definitely be back — and next time, I'll bring the whole family! ❤️

This was the perfect place for our week visit to Rio, with its central location that was 2 short blocks from the beach, large size, cleanliness, and super helpful host Stefan. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay! The apartment is as described. The location in Ipanema is great - it’s on a quiet street near lots of restaurants and the beach.

New, clean, organized, super-equipped and quiet apartment. Great location for central tourist spots and the hospital area. Bruna was always very solicitous, attentive and resolute. I highly recommend it and will return when necessary. Thank you!

I would first like to thank Mr Luiz, a great host. Deu several tips throughout our lodging, indicating Restaurants, Beaches, tours, among others 😊 Very proactive, polite, friendly and flexible. Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

Very well-equipped apartment, it had many things and the sector was very quiet, only we found that one detail was the port is working, moving many stones and machinery 24/7, they do not stop working. For those who have trouble sleeping, it will be a little annoying. Hosana was always available for any questions

We were delighted with the structure of the condominium and the apartment! Everything super organized, clean beyond the staff of the condominium and Karina helpful and polite from the beginning, all the time we felt at home. We have already indicated, and we will definitely be back again soon :)

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and was super clean. Due to a communication error on my part, I did not request a mattress for my one-year-old son, and I promptly received the mattress. The view of the sunrise, as shown in the photos, is not to be missed. I highly recommend it for those who like to do activities in the landfill, and for the proximity to Catete :)

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bedding, toiletries in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't feel like an Airbnb apartment but a home, the care with the details (decoration, books, etc). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the listing. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay 1 more day in the city and the reservation was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super friendly, with clear information and good communication between employees. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need such as: market, bakery, gym… I really liked it and didn't even want to leave kkk I will definitely be back. I thank Ana for all the information and availability.

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was perfect. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It's pretty much down to the beach so the location couldn't be better. I enjoyed my little 14 days there and will most likely come back

Very nice apartment, in front of the Olympic Park. Wide, clean space. Equipment in good condition, without reservations. José Luiz's cordiality in welcoming me for check-in stood out. Extremely easy communication. I recommend it.
