Everything about this stay was perfect. The Iracema house is super cozy, and she is a great host.

The house is amazing, it was clean, smelling and all tidy. It has all the necessary utensils, and a great gourmet area. The swimming pool had warm water which made us enjoy even more. The neighborhood is super quiet, which allowed us to rest. I'll definitely come back more often.

We went to spend the weekend to perform a triathlon race in the city, and we got the choice, local near the test, cozy house, all organized, impeccable pool and has all the utensils for kitchen.

Very good house, very clean, wonderful pool, kitchen had everything we needed, rooms with ceiling fans. Marlon very kind, met us quickly, when asked.. We loved the house and São Pedro and beautiful, I loved the city.

Our stay was wonderful, Rodrigo is his father were very kind, the house is in a very quiet neighborhood, which allowed us to rest well, but also has good access to the center for when we needed it! The house is huge! Spacious rooms, fans available in all rooms, the wonderful outdoor area for children's fun and the pool is delicious! The host Carol was very helpful, attentive, and assisted me whenever I needed it. We loved our vacation!

Very nice and totally safe condominium, clean, organized with 24-hour concierge. The apartment is exactly as offered on the app. Clean, with clean, fragrant bedding and pillows. Clean refrigerator. Simple instructions for using appliances. A great area for washing and drying clothes. Quick, kind service from the Host, we liked it very much and we will certainly come back and recommend it. Tip: A larger mirror in the hallway, as the bathroom mirror is small and high. We felt at home. Thank you!

Felipe was very polite, helpful and friendly. Easy communication. The house is well located, in a secure condominium. The floor space is amazing, very well equipped, dishwasher, fridge, beer, air conditioning.. The top space is simpler, it needs some adjustments but no big problems. We combined the cleaning of the pool and everything went as planned, it would come back other times!

Our stay was great. Marco is extremely attentive, polite, kind, and discreet. Mora next to the rented house, but it left us completely at ease and with total privacy. The house is true to the ad. The only things we had to take were bedding , bath and tablecloth in case you ate the meals there. All in excellent conditions of use: beds , showers, cable TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave. The property is well secured, with electronic gate and electric fence. It has air conditioning in each bedroom and a fan in the living room. The stay was great! The house had everything we needed. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms, which helped a lot in the hot days. Pedro's farm is very organized and beautiful. A differential were the products offered, such as cow's milk, organic egg, cheeses, among others, all very well done. The environment is very quiet, and is very close to the city, so with access to supermarkets, etc.

The stay was great, the host was very helpful to answer my questions about the location, when I arrived everything was clean and the space is exactly the same as in the photos. The only suggestion I would have is that we missed having lounge chairs and places to sit by the pool, but that was already visible in the listing so we were aware, but it would be nice to have

Quiet and beautiful place next to the dam. Dona Nilda extremely polite and proactive helped us a lot and welcomed us well. The chalet has a stove, microwave and fridge, so it was possible to make breakfast in the chalet. The location is 5 minutes from the center and is extremely quiet surrounded by the nature and beauty of the dam. Great place to rest and enjoy the downtown area, whenever you want.
