Alessandra's apartment is super comfortable - I loved the stay. The apartment has a great structure and I didn't need to worry about much with my luggage (e.g. towels, bedding, hairdryer). The kitchen has several utensils, super easy for cooking. She was also flexible with the check-out time.

I went to Piracicaba with my girlfriend to visit family and enjoy some time off. Our stay in João Paulo's apartment was fantastic! The space is beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The king-size bed was perfect for a restful sleep, and having a separate living area made it feel even more spacious. The heated pool and gym were great bonuses, and the home office setup was very convenient. Everything was well thought out, from the fast internet to the high-quality sound system. On top of that, the host was super helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Both check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience even better. A truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. 5 stars through and through.

Beautiful apartment in Campinas. Certainly one of the best accommodation options in Campinas if your goal is to relax and enjoy some time with someone special. The place was clean, safe and very quiet. The house has a lot, from kitchen utensils, some ingredients like cooking oil and salt, and also clean towels and bed linen. One thing that ended up being annoying was that the gym and sauna were under maintenance during our stay, so if that's something you're looking for, it's always good to ask before, but for us it ended up not being such a bad thing either, because the place itself was worth every penny we paid. The location is also great, with lots of restaurants within a 10~15 minute walk, and also with the Jequitibás woods, a beautiful park, very close to the building. On the days we stayed there was no soccer game, but it is worth paying attention to this, as the Guarani stadium, the Brinco D'Ouro, is practically next to the building.

I recommend the hosts, always very cordial and kind, the apartment corresponds exactly as in the photos. Great cost benefit. I would stay again.

We were made to feel very welcome, the apt we were in was very well organized and clean. Clean linens and bath linens with great cleaning smell. Very well located, next to everything and we were able to give you great walks around. The city is beautiful and offers relaxing moments due to the vastness of the green areas. Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes. Some problems with check-in due to lack of communication, the pool was dirty, but I solved it by calling someone to clean and the costs were paid by the owner, the chairs in the living room had broken feet and should be replaced. One-off things that are easy to solve. Overall the house is good, cozy and we liked the accommodation.

Rest assured place! Great location. We'll be back more often for sure!

Spacious, pleasant location, functional and charming balcony, quiet neighborhood of farms. It's even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos. Delicious pool. Cleo is very attentive and kind. We spent 17 wonderful days with the family and everyone loved it. It will be my home whenever I need to return to Santa Bárbara D'Oeste.
