Great place and extremely clean. Host and Co Host are extremely welcoming and accommodative. We checked in after Midnight but the Co Host was kind enough to wake up and open for us even though she didn’t have to. The place is exactly how it being advertised. Would recommend any day.

We had a wonderful time in Coffee Bay! Steve was incredibly helpful and gave us clear instructions! The location is literally a little piece of paradise! It felt very private so it’s perfect to just enjoy your time there! And last but not least - breakfast - it was super delicious and prepared with so much care, we are immensely thankful to have come across wildview to just calm down from a few busy days we have had during our trip! Thank you very much and we definitely highly recommend to stay with Steve at Wildview! 🙌🏾

Beautiful well decorated cottage. Stunning views from the veranda and great open plan kitchen which is well thought out with everything you need. Bedrooms a good size with comfortable beds. Added bonus is the lovely Sisipho. Her smiling friendly face a treat. Lots of fabulous fresh crayfish, oysters and muscles offered by the locals daily. Beautiful beach a 5 min walk. Although quite a hike back up to the cottage. Plenty to do. Tasmin and Mike fantastic hosts. Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage and appreciated William’s help while there. Matt went out of his way to ensure we enjoy our time there. The cottage is well equipped and we had no electricity issues. Thank you and we will definitely be back!

Our first visit to the Transkei.. what an amazing experience! We loved every minute of it.. The cottage is comfortable, has everything you may need, and the most amazing view of the beach. Leading up to our stay Patricia was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. During our stay Corina was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend Davisons Cottage for your next visit to the beautiful Transkei! Hope to be visiting myself again in the not too distant future..

Wir haben uns in dem spektakulär gelegenen Haus von Helen & Colin sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Blick über die Flussmündung ist wirklich ungewöhnlich schön, und das bei jedem Wetter! Wir haben das Kajak für einen Ausflug genutzt und fanden die Tour wunderschön! Überhaupt hat uns die Gelegenheit begeistert, in so einem ursprünglichen und abgelegenen Dorf inmitten der Einheimischen zu wohnen. Ein großes Dankeschön für diese Möglichkeit!

The Real Kei was a true adventure. We got stuck at the beginning, but Gideon and Lea rushed to help us and kept calming us down with their constant optimism. Their service was outstanding – they helped us with everything and were always quick to come to our aid. The accommodation is truly unique and very private, and the hot tub was heavenly. Duncan was also incredibly accommodating when we got stuck with our car, which really touched us – we would come back again and again. Thank you for this unforgettable experience and for having the three of them as our hosts. Tip: I’d recommend arriving during daylight and with a 4x4 vehicle, or at least checking if it has rained recently. We managed with our Kwid, but only because it was dry – or because Gideon, with his off-road experience, was able to drive us up.
