Perfect little 1BR apartment in the heart of the city. Great views - especially at night & the place is super clean / tidy. Will defiantly be back next time I'm in Melbourne!

We booked this stunning Airbnb in Sassafras, VIC for our parents and it turned out to be one of the best stays they’ve ever experienced. The property had breathtaking forest views, and every detail was luxury—from the decor to the amenities. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. My parents were warmly welcomed with a beautiful basket of continental breakfast filled with generous extras, along with snacks, drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages that truly made them feel pampered. The space was spotless, serene, and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. My mum was over the moon, and my dad kept saying how impressed he was with everything. The care and attention the hosts gave was unmatched. They’ve already decided to return again soon. We’re really grateful to the hosts for making their stay so special.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Richard and Renata's apartment was absolutely fantastic, easily one of the best places we've stayed in Melbourne. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment itself was stylish, cozy, and fully equipped with all the essentials (and more!), making it feel like a home away from home. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for exploring while still being able to unwind at the end of the day. What really stood out was their communication; they were incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive to our needs, which made the whole experience even better. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Melbourne. A definite must-return!

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

Debby’s place is a lovely oasis with excellent amenities and a beautiful garden. Spotlessly clean and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Debby and family are kind and welcoming and very responsive. Definitely recommend for short or long stays.

We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with essential cookware and basic seasonings, making meal prep effortless. The space is thoughtfully designed - minimalist yet cozy, with every functional detail considered. The host provided prompt responses throughout our stay. Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

My partner and I stayed for the weekend and had such a fabulous time. The apartment was spotless and in a perfect location right next to brunswick street. Definitely recommend staying here!

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

Jillian's space was thoughtful and well set out. Such quiet surrounds for city living. Park just down the street for beautiful walks with special directions from the hostess for the best views. Wonderfully modern bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with the biggest shower you will ever find. Would recommend and definitely request to stay again in the future.

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

I was in Melbourne on a work trip and Mary's was an ideal place to base myself. Had great facilities in the room, as well as in the broader complex. heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat. also a great rooftop which was ideal as a working space too...

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊
