Wonderful family weekend getaway! Perfect spot to disappear for a few days. Loved the sauna and hot tub! Used to canoes too! Bridget and Ole were very friendly and helpful with all of our questions! Thank you so much for our lovely stay.

Oh, how comfortable we felt in the cabin by the lake. Everything was neat, clean and lovingly furnished. We had a great encounter with a moose at the house. We could also see the northern lights. It was so great and we will be happy to come back 😊

This was our first vacation using Airbnb and we are impressed with the possibilities that were offered. The booked vacation home already impressed with its seclusion and natural location in the listing. On site, the experience was even more outstanding. The possibility of reaching the hut on foot was only possible with appropriate boots due to the weather conditions. With the rowboat, which is available, the arrival and luggage transport is no problem. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is available in the charming log cabin. In the end, we had way too much luggage with us. There is no boredom at the house and property. Whether you explore the lake by boat, fish, collect mushrooms or explore the nearby hiking trails. As day trips, we used hiking routes to the peaks of southern Norway's highest mountains. Overall, we are 100% satisfied with the vacation. 👌🏻

Had a great weekend at Vikerfjell! The cabin was cozy and there were good hiking opportunities in the area. The hosts responded quickly and we felt very welcome😊 The cabin was well equipped and there was plenty of space there for 7 people.

A true gem and a fantastic host! The house right at the lakeshore is unique and offers everything you could think of. We felt right at home and had great fun with the boats, swimming and fishing, cooking and enjoying the view. Perfect for a relaxed family summer holiday. Caroline was extremely friendly and stayed cool even when I had a little mishap with the key. Thank you for everything!

A clean, tidy and lovingly furnished cottage and terrace. what a quiet and tranquility. Really everything is thought of to make your stay enjoyable. after we lost our way, Roger and his wife came to us by car and stayed with us in the area until we arrived at the cottage. Had a wonderful stay at Elisabeth's place! Lovely and large cabin with everything you need! Maybe the only minus was that we drove out from the cabin area x1 a day and then you had to pay 70kr for boom per time. Should be able to be able to pay for a fixed price for an entire weekend or that this is included! All in all a wonderful stay and all you need of equipment! Big good bedrooms :)

Marte’s place was so beautiful, we were very sad to leave. She was an amazing host and very responsive and helpful, not to mention very generous and flexible! It truly is a remarkable cabin in a beautiful area. There was a small outdoor playground and trampoline as well as some water activities. It definitely is for outdoorsy people looking for a quiet peaceful retreat! We would 100% stay there again!
