This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Bathing enthusiasts dive into the refreshing wet of the outdoor swimming pool 4 km away. For a city or shopping tour, the state capital Erfurt, 45 km away, and Weimar, offers everything your heart desires in about 70 km.
