Tres Amigos Beach House is a 3 bedroom 3 bath that sits on a quarter acre of land set back 75 yards from the ocean. Walk down a private path and you are on one of the best beaches in Rincon, where the sun sets into a fiery ball every night, its amazing! Central air conditioning, beach chairs, beach towels, gas grill provided to make sure every moment of your stay is the best in this amazing beach town. We are the only vacation rental on beautiful Pools Beach.. Our property includes two apartments that can be rented independently or together as a guesthouse. Each of the 2 units has a master bedroom with AC & a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area - no AC in living areas. Each unit can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children comfortably.
