Beach house vacation rentals in Rincón

You’ve found the bnb you were looking for! The host, the location, the view, the fish when snorkeling, the AC, the layout.. we can’t wait to come back!! I've stayed at around 25 Airbnbs and some of them on beachfronts, and this by far, takes the cake! Literally, Bill intrepidly searched the island for a vegan(!) chocolate cake through his network for my wife’s birthday during our stay. I’ve NEVER seem a host go so above and beyond like this. He made her birthday so special during our stay!! We’ve had issues with other hosts taking our chemical allergies to fabric softeners and air fresheners, but not Bill! He went out of his way to order special detergent and make sure that the linens we cleaned to be fragrance free. Our 11 year old LOVED feeding the tarpons with Bill from the deck and then we even snorkeled with them in the last morning! Speaking of which, this was great for morning snorkeling (all manner of sea life!) Bill is truly a Superhost!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The private balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect. The place was spotless when we arrived. Carlo was very helpful and gave clear directions and check-in instructions. He also recommended great places nearby. 10 minutes into town which was cute and walkable. We frequented Doña Lala beach with a walkable bar/restaurant. Would recommend 100x

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

Freddie was very easy to work with! The house was exactly as pictured, everything was labeled making it a breeze. From the first minute we walked in, we felt at home. The location was perfect with the beach and restaurants within a minutes walk. We will happily stay at this home again and are already talking about a trip with our adult children.

Great location. Very short walk to restaurants/bars/and beach. Less than a mile drive to almost everything in Rincõn. Private pool/patio/outdoor shower is great. No problems parking at all. Very safe location as well. Would highly recommend, and would stay again. Erick was very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating.

Amazing place, right on a quiet beach with pretty good snorkeling just steps into the water! We had the downstairs unit, and the upstairs was empty the whole time we were there, nice bonus. The kitchen is well-stocked, plenty of beach chairs, and a cooler and umbrella. The driveway is narrow, like a lot of places on PR, so a smaller rental car is advised. We had a Honda SUV and it was tight. Loved being so close to Rincon, and an easy drive if you want to do day trips to Isabella in the NW or Parguera in the south.

We had an unforgettable stay in Rincón! From the moment we arrived, Ricardo made us feel welcome and at home. His attention to detail, kindness, and responsiveness made a big difference throughout our stay. The place was exactly what we hoped for — clean, cozy, and full of charm. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings and the relaxing atmosphere that helped us disconnect and truly enjoy our vacation. Every morning felt like a gift, and every evening was a reminder of how special this place is. Ricardo’s hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we’re incredibly grateful for his warmth and care. Extremely clean home and bedding. Modern kitchen with large fridge and gas stove. Outdoor barbecue and pool area was incredible, we barbecued several nights. Several questions we asked the host were answered promptly. Our vacation was SO much better because we had a comfortable, large home to relax in between adventures in. Walkable to Sandy Beach for the kids and surfing for my husband. Location overall great because you're close to Steps as well. I loved reading on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay at Sonia’s. The house is exactly as described / in photos, the pool was terrific and we walked to beaches, boat ride, restaurants and more. Will stay here again!

The house had everything we needed for the stay! The location was beautiful and secluded while close to town and the beach. The house had everything you need for cooking, grilling, the pool and the beach. We really enjoyed our time at the house and will look into booking it again for next year!

Casa Edala was a great place for a relaxing tropical family vacation! Our family of 5 found the space adequate for our needs and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a couple of meals. The recommendations for local restaurants were very helpful. The private pool was fantastic and the beach was 2 blocks away! The provided beach gear was convenient. Eileen was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Lindsay’s place is incredible - highly recommend! The house and amenities are amazing - the outdoor pool area is well kept and each of the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. There’s a nice outdoor dining area that was nice to have in the evenings. The house itself is well equipped and had everything we needed. The location is also very convenient for getting to the main beaches. FYI - the road to the driveway is steep and can be hard to see both ways when trying to turn out (this is pretty standard for many side roads Rincon). Would stay here again!

This is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in, in the most beautiful location, with so many amenities, a reef right off the backyard to snorkel, private beach, private pool. I can’t describe how perfect it is. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rincon… this is it. I will be coming here every year!!

The house could not be more perfect for our family of 5. Just a drive to the bottom of the hill to the nearest beach. Town 5 minute drive. High enough where you get enough wind to keep the bugs away. Views are amazing. Spent each morning and evening just relaxing watching the kids swim. Pool was a good size for our 3 kids. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay in Jeanne’s villa in Rincón. The location is amazing - beautiful, secluded, relaxing and will lots to do nearby. We booked on short notice and the host went the extra mile to make sure the villa was ready for us. Communication was also great. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The villa is well furnished/stocked, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne! Hope we can go back soon!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the Airbnb! It was so amazing! The location could not be better. Four minute walk to steps beach. Snorkeling, beautiful nature, adorable donkey’s. It was just amazing! The cabin and pool were great. Rachael was an amazing host. She took great care of us. We grilled out and enjoyed the amazing ocean view and sunset. Ben's place was beautiful! We started every morning and ended every night on the back patio! The view was amazing! The house was clean and perfect for our family!

We thoroughly enjoy our time in Rincon and staying in the Casita. The home was very clean, on a nice quiet street and close enough to walk to beach and bars/restaurants. Yilma is a great hostess! We will be back!

We loved this Airbnb. It was extremely clean, very roomy and private. We especially loved the outdoors patios and the location. We look forward to staying here again!

enid is a beautiful soul. i felt so welcomed by her warmth. i traveled alone and i immediately felt as i had a friend in enid. my checkin was a bit disconnected as there were some technical difficulties with airbnb. enid was patient, flexible, and kind throughout it all. i booked last minute and she was extremely gracious about my timeline. thank you enid for making me feel like family.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Joseph's place. From the moment we arrived, everything was as described, if not better. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good, just a few min drive from the beach. Joseph was welcoming and responsive, providing helpful tips about the area and ensuring I had everything I needed. I felt right at home and hope to return. Thank you Joseph and hope you can resolve the early morning rooster noise.

We had a great stay at casa goyita. Dujardin was very responsive to any questions we had. The house is huge. We had 8 people stay. We ended up all staying in upper unit. As it had more than enough rooms for us. The backyard and beach were excellent. The ocean was beautiful and very swimmable. A local did try to tell us how dangerous it was when we arrived, but it may have only been the conditions that day or that he wanted less people on the beach. The only downside of the property were the roosters. The were loud day and night, but when visiting Rincon that is to be expected. The host also left ear plugs in the bathrooms for us which we were very thankful for. Overall it was a great experience. If we return to Rincon we would stay there again. Thanks!!!
