Vacation rentals with beach access in Rincón de Guayabitos

I had my doubts if it was close to the beach and it really is close, it's only 1 block away, it's very comfortable, you have a pharmacy and oxxo nearby. Everything is very comfortable, there is a pool and jacuzzi available with a beautiful view. The bad thing is that you have to park somewhere a bit far away if it rains because they say that it floods. It didn't rain, so we left our car in front and we had no problems

This was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed! The balcony is incredible and the pictures do not do it justice. Chelsea was a great host and we would love to stay here again!

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place is definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus is that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, which were very helpful! I would definitely come back and recommend it without thinking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very nice place to relax. The reception staff gave us very detailed information about the places you can visit or what to eat if you are going to visit a beach such as Sayulita or Punta Mita, the pool climate is nice and its hours until 11:00 pm are very pleasant, the room has everything described in the ad, the beds are comfortable and everything is very clean, with extra towels for your trips to the pool, Being at the foot of the beach makes it incredible because of the view and especially because a few meters away is Plaza Manzanilla where you can go swimming for a while or sit on the shore since there are several places where they rent lounge chairs and umbrellas. As an extra tip, if you are hungry you can go to the "garden/square" of the village that is next to the place, and opposite the corner of the garden you will find some tacos at night, which are called TACOS ASHE, super delicious and very well stocked, with super friendly people serving, the barbecue ones are super

The building is very nice, you have two pools and a jacuzzi, one of the pools and the jacuzzi are on the roof garden and are heated. The apartment is very nice and comfortable with everything you need, the building has an elevator that as the apartment is on the first floor it is almost peof inventory is appreciated to go up to the terrace. It is very close to the silver de la Peñita and 5 minutes by car de guayabitos. I would definitely book again.

Diana and her team were lovely to work with and let us check in very early which was much appreciated. The house is gorgeous and feels very authentic. Best shower I’ve used in Sayulita with excellent water pressure. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely and well equipped apartment, with great views of the mountains and beach. The plunge pool was perfect for hanging out at the apartment and it is just a short walk to the central plaza. Everyone at Tu Casa Sayulita was responsive and friendly. Sebastian met us at the property for check in and gave great recommendations around town. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sayulita.

This place was absolutely incredible — even better than the photos! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was amazing, and the entire space was spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It has been the best property I’ve ever stayed at. On top of that, Kathy was wonderful and so welcoming. We will definitely be coming back!

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

a great house, beautiful garden, super nice and clean warm pool, spacious house and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, super comfortable, we went to all the host's recommendations for eating and all excellent :)

The dipping pool and view were a highlight for us. The apartment was very charming and checked all of our boxes. The road to the unit is steep but it’s a short incline that we managed in our sandals regularly. The noise at night from the bars was loud so have earplugs or headphones (I did a white noise out of mine to sleep). Sayulita is very walkable and there are a couple different beaches to take advantage of. We did a guided trail walk with yoga on the beach with Wanderlust the first day which was a great start to the trip. We also took an Uber to the Monkey Mountain hike. Would come back again and stay with Greg.

Great spot to stay, a quick walk into town. Octavio was super quick to respond to our questions. The front door lock is a bit hard to turn with my arthritic hands, but luckily my friend was able to. The hammocks were wonderful, lots of birds, wildlife, and quiet further away from the center of town!

Place is beautiful and peaceful and all the staff there are very helpful. The place is nicer in person and everything is very close by and lots of things to do . Recommend 100%

I have wanted to stay at this location for years and finally had another family join us to justify the bigger house. It was my 4th time in LDM We had two families with 3 young children and the house could have easily housed a 3rd family. We did add the top floor which is well worth the price. This is the only house in LDM on the beach w a pool…it’s walking distance to everything and a great location w kids. The house is nicely designed and does not carry sound. The smallest queen room does smell like mold if you are sensitive to it but it didn’t bother my husband who slept in that room. Lo de Marcos is a great quiet little beach town slightly off the beaten path. We LOVE it!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

Great stay and cozy place

The apartment is everything that is in the description, very comfortable, no noise and private, we had a great time, the complex has several amenities that make it valuable for trips with children. Aldo was a great host, he was always available through the chat if you had concerns or questions, I highly recommend him.

An impeccable and welcoming BnB on the beach with all necessary amenities. Great communication and fast responses from the host. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

The condominium is in perfect condition, very comfortable and safe, we enjoyed the stay very much, thank you very much and of course we would rent it again.
