Vacation rentals with a pool in Rincao

Coming in, we are very well received by Ju, who introduced us to the house and also left some pampering. Amamos! The house is very cool, it is on a quieter street and has a lot of green! We saw lizards and lots of birds! Because of the green, there are mosquitoes and insects, but we were well instructed about closing the house early, so it was super quiet. It has a great pool, which we enjoyed a lot when we were not at the beach and has a very cool kiosk for a barbecue with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with the basic items, it is very small, so I do not recommend if you want to make large meals! For us, it served super well for fast food (we did not want to cook at home) and the breakfast, which we drank on the balcony of the house, a charm! The rooms were great, as were the bathrooms. One of the rooms (suite) is not announced, I believe that because they do not allow more than 4 people in the house. Super near beach and 6 minute drive downtown! We would definitely return!

Amazing Experience! We stayed 7 days at Mr. Luiz Carlos e was simply perfect! The house is impeccable, very well equipped, clean and with everything we needed to a comfortable stay. The pool and jacuzzi were a big difference, and the lakeside location made it all the more special. In addition, Mr. Luiz was extremely thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

We were kindly greeted with hot coffee and a great meal. The house is cozy, with a beautiful patio, inviting pool, excellent accommodations. It was a week of rest and leisure. Trails, beaches, natural beauty. Everything is close. The host was always available and responsive to the few demands we had as the house itself is very complete, functional and suitable for the beach environment. Congratulations to Adriano. We left wanting to stay.

the house is excellent as per announcement. near market, shops, pharmacy and the sea. the local town is large and the pool space is barbecue is perfect. the hosts always responded very quickly We recommend without a shadow of a doubt. we hope to return!!

House as advertised, just like the photos. The host received us personally, attentive and helpful. Well-located house, good-sized swimming pool, quality kitchen utensils, on a quiet street and close to the beach. Enclosed patio, with grass and plants, good for those who have pets.

Franciele was an excellent host, always asking and responding quickly to questions. About the house, excellent, exactly as it appears in the listing: very well equipped, great-sized rooms, comfortably accommodates 9 people. The kitchen is complete. Patio and pool are also excellent. If that weren't enough, the house is about 50 meters from the beach, making the experience even better. In short: we had an excellent stay at Franciele's house, I hope to return soon.

A great spot for those looking for peace of mind. In front of the beach with little movement, a clean pool and the place is very airy. The owner of the inn was very kind and helpful, as well as being flexible with the schedules. We'll be back next summer for sure.

The apartment is beautiful, beautifully decorated! It has everything you need for a great stay, great value and very safe. Gabriela was always on hand to help! We'll definitely come back!
