Condo vacation rentals in Rincao

Cozy and quiet place,when we arrived what bothered us a little was the musty odor,but I believe it was because the house was very closed. Daniel is a great host,responds quickly,and is always willing to help and assist. We had an unforeseen situation with the shower that burned,but it is something that happens,Daniel did not take long to try to solve the problem,and he was willing to help,an electrician from the condominium went to the house and changed the shower, we had not even a cost. The accommodation is very cozy,quiet and well located. Very familiar.

Jorge's accommodation is consistent with what was announced, I don't have any complaints, market near the center. I needed an iron and was arranged. My family and I love the city.

I was not personally at the site because we made the reservation for friends we were receiving in the city. They were quite satisfied with the accommodations, address, cleanliness and service. all very good.

The condominium is very safe, especially for those who have children . There are several apartments and it is still very quiet. The neighborhood respects the rules , with the exception of some pet owners. I took my dog who always stayed in the apartment or strolled using the guide, he did not dirty any of the condominium garden space. It is difficult to find places that let us take our “furry friends”, so I really enjoyed this place, but the owners need to collaborate. The condominium has employees who do the maintenance and circulate through the spaces, needing them to help you quickly. There is a resident ( D. Lurdes) who makes breads, cucas and threads. It passes in the apartments for parcels. Eating warm bread in the morning before heading to the beach, it's too good! If someone likes to cook, it's good to bring some appliances ( blender, toaster or electric coffee maker) but you have nearby restaurants and you don't need to use the car. The beach is open sea, clean and is steps away🥰

Apt fulfills the listing! Carol was extremely friendly and put us at ease. Well-equipped kitchen and quiet location. The stay was very good! Would recommend!

Wonderful Place, very clean and spacious streets, close to the beach and the shops! I just missed a grocery store, but in the most, beautiful place!! The apartment met what we wanted!! The very friendly host!!

A great spot for those looking for peace of mind. In front of the beach with little movement, a clean pool and the place is very airy. The owner of the inn was very kind and helpful, as well as being flexible with the schedules. We'll be back next summer for sure.

Everything was perfect

The accommodation was great, just like in the ad, the only thing missing was the oven in the photo, but she explained on site that it was no longer available, the location is great, it is right in the center close to everything, you can do everything on foot, cafeterias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, market, pharmacy all within reach, the garage is not in the same building but it is close, and having everything close you don't even need the car all the time, Eleci welcomed us very well, she already had cold water in the fridge waiting for us, it was very good, I would definitely come back!! Great value for money. Oh, and to mention the neighbors are very welcoming, we made friends, they are very kind.
