Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

It is within walking distance of the beach, is tastefully decorated, has a private entrance, is suitable for 2 people (no babies) and has a private terrace on the water. There is a private parking space, and the location can also be reached easily by public transportation.

Location In the middle of the historical city centre of Delft, just around the corner of the ‘Beestenmarkt’ (known for its lively cafes) you can find our monumental house. The charming and spacious apartment is situated on the second floor of the house. My spacious and bright apartment (1930) is located near the historic center of Oud-Rijswijk with shops (supermarkets) and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport is located next door (bus) and within walking distance (tram) and takes you in 10 minutes to the center of The Hague or Delft, or in 30 minutes to the beaches of Scheveningen or Kijkduin. The 3 separate bedrooms make this apartment an ideal stay for families.

No breakfast available. The cottage is en-suite with shower, toilet & washbasin, 2 comfortable beds next to each other, a dining area and a sitting area. The cottage also has got a mini-kitchen for small meals and there are tea and coffee making facilities. (Nespresso) 2 bikes and public transportcards to borrow. No children or baby’s without swimming diploma. Frontyard with cal and camera; backyard has nò cal and camera.

The chalet is located in the backyard of an existing premise with private entrance. 10 min walk from the railway-station, the center or TU. It is equipped with a complete kitchen (refrigerator, gas cooking stove, oven, microwave), bathroom (toilet, shower) and central heating. A covered terrace and garden. Small supermarket at 200 meters. Free car parking 15 minutes walk distance. A great place to stay for work or pleasure!

It has all the necessities for an ultimate stay. Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
