We had a delightful stay here. La Gite is a gem and Catherine is a lovely host. La Gite is spacious and very lovely inside (and outside) and beautifully comfortable. Added bonus is the swimming pool! There're quite a few lovely chateaux nearby, surrounded by rolling countryside and majestic towns eg Chinon & Richelieu, and of course the River Vienne.

Arnaud and Isabelle made us feel like family. Beer, Sparkling wine, juice, gift bag with snacks were provided to us. Toiletries, tea and coffee were available for our use. Beautiful roses in our cottage. A private barbeque area and deck-chairs to relax and unwind in the garden. This is the BEST place we have stayed in so far. Absolute value for money.

Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

Excellent stay, well located accommodation in a quiet environment and close to amenities. The chateau is a 5-minute walk away. Very attentive and caring host. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Recommended accommodation.

Beautiful accommodation ideally located for visiting castles and bike rides. The cottage is perfectly clean and has everything you need, as a bonus a welcome gift! Great welcome! I would definitely recommend this place!

A perfect stay in the vineyards! From the moment we booked, Anne and Jérôme’s communication was superb. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible, which made a big difference as we were travelling from overseas and needed some leeway. We were warmly welcomed with a beautiful bottle of red wine : such a thoughtful touch! The property itself is spotless, peaceful, and nestled right in the heart of the vineyards. It truly is a tranquil escape. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and charming retreat.

We had a lovely stay in Chinon. The house was clean and spacious with a little garden perfect for a BBQ. It is very well located with a short walk into the town and we found parking close by was easy. We would happily stay here again.

We had a great time at Geoffrey and Aurélie's place. It's a real little corner of relaxation in the heart of the greenery, where calm reigns supreme – no annoying noise, just nature. The surrounding area is full of activities and visits, all within driving distance from the property. But beyond the outings, it's also a place where you feel good, perfectly designed so that you have nothing to manage. Everything is functional, well organized and invites you to rest. The jacuzzi is a real gem. Intimate, beautifully integrated into the space, it brings a touch of relaxation that completely transforms the experience. It's not just a "plus", it's a real asset that makes all the difference. The accommodation itself is worth a visit: tastefully decorated, combining exposed beams, raw wood, warm fabrics and soothing color harmonies. It's beautiful, it's cozy, it's relaxing. In short, a place to recommend!

Tom's studio made our stay in Chinon very enjoyable. It is extremely well located, clean, the bed is particularly comfortable. Just a note about car access in semi-pedestrian streets, which is not easy.

Very good accommodation close to the train station and in line with expectations.

The stuff fairytales are made of. Staying directly under a castle. The apartment is so well appointed. Bathed in sunlight in the mornings. Spacious & tastefully decorated. Easy 5 min walk to the centre of town. Beautiful walks across the road by the Loire. The castle is an easy 10 min walk to the castle. The apartment feels very safe. The hosts are very friendly, helpful & responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Saumur is a super town to visit, and this apartment is a great base, very central to the restaurants and shops, and a short walk up to the castle and other sights, It’s a nice flat as well and a on a quiet road. Anaïs, Joëlle and Pierre were very helpful.

Very nice apartment ideally located for those who like the old district of Tours and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Difficult access by car (pedestrian access) and complicated parking because of the historic center of Tours, but I think this accommodation also offers a parking space which is ideal. In short, a very nice location and impeccable, atypical and very pleasant accommodation

Very beautiful accommodation, as described and very well equipped. Isabelle was very available to welcome us with great kindness in her living space. The bakery at the foot of the building is a real plus, as well as free parking nearby. A 160cm bed will bring a little more comfort. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back.

Great hosts, lovely place in a great location.

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

We had a good stay at Laïna's. The accommodation is as described. The city center is within walking distance and Laïna is very responsive and pleasant.

I recommend this apartment to my friends. It's certainly above all expectations. The only advice I would give Melin is to let guests find placemats for breakfast, too. Otherwise everything is perfect
