beautiful cosy place (the Christmas tree was amazing), stylish, very accommodating place with gingerbread cookies and drinks in the fridge, very responsive (even when we had problems at night), not in the city but close to mall and big supermarket, next to the water. the heaters need some time to heat up but you should be fine after a while! thank you rudolfs, amazing

Excellent value for money, very clear and detailed check in instructions. We appreciated water, sweets and coffee pods provided for guests. Coffee was very nice! Also grateful for a baby chair and a cot made available for our use.

Thank you, Martin, for the chance to stay in this wonderful, slightly futuristic apartment. It was spotless – it felt like we were the first guests! The only sign of previous visitors was the selection of spices, which came in handy for cooking. The design is stylish, and all appliances are brand new. The window faces a quiet inner courtyard, so you can sleep peacefully with it open. A huge plus is the self-check-in, making arrivals at odd hours hassle-free. There are supermarkets just across the road, and the location is great – a relaxed 15-20 minute walk to Old Riga. The heated bathroom floor is a lovely touch in colder months, and the dishwasher means no worries about washing up. This place is perfect for exploring the city. The mezzanine is best for sleeping, as going up and down frequently can be tiring. Overall, we loved our stay – fantastic value for money! Would highly recommend!

Great and cozy place, most important things are nearby (max 20min walk). Tram-trains nearby make noise, which can be a bit annoying late in the evenings, but thats very much out of the owners control.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell’alloggio di Anna. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi, il loft era in una zona tranquilla, dotato di tutti i servizi, in ordine e pulito. Soggiorno splendido!

Good style two floor apartment. Very good instructions for getting keys and gate remote. Superb location for staying overnight to catch an early flight. Drive to airport took 12 minutes and there are no traffic jams this way. The other way was totally jammed. I recommend the place.

Ich habe 4 Nächte in Ligas Unterkunft verbracht. Check in/ out unkompliziert, die Lage perfekt! Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt- genügend Handtücher, Haar Föhn, Hausschuhe, Kleiderbügel & Bügeleisen, bequemes Bett und Couch. Super WiFi zum streamen und surfen. Liga war telefonisch immer erreichbar, danke nochmals! P.S. Liga hat mich informiert, das die liebe Haushalts Fee nach check out hat mein Ohrring gefunden! Sehr aufmerksam! This is a wonderful apartment in the best location to explore Riga old town. The apartment was spotless and had so much character. We were a family of 4 but the apartment would easily be large enough for 6. The location is very quiet however is only a few minutes walk to the heart of the old town. The kitchen is well kitted out although we didn't use it other than the fridge. We ate out, and there is a large choice of excellent restaurants, there is probably 6 restaurants within a one minute walk. Guntis and his partner were very lovely and helpful even letting us have a late checkout on the last day. I would 100% recommend as long as you are Ok with the access which as described is up a number of steps and a spiral staircase.

Wir hatten mit vier Freunden eine fantastische Zeit in diesem außergewöhnlichen Loft! Die stilvolle Einrichtung hat uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert – jedes Detail ist mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Design gewählt. Es herrscht eine besondere Atmosphäre, die den Aufenthalt wirklich einzigartig macht. Das absolute Highlight war aber die Dachterrasse – ein traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen, Frühstücken oder einfach genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war ebenfalls top: freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die etwas Besonderes in Rīga suchen!
