House vacation rentals in Riebeek-Kasteel

The Sage Cottage was the perfect spot for the visit to the wineries with the wine trams just down the road, the supermarket and restaurants were very close by too. We easily walked to the Franschhoek village which was less than 5 minutes away. The cottage was perfect for 5 people and had lots of living space - it has a bedroom downstairs with an en-suite bathroom, a powder room, a huge master bedroom with an en-suite, and two double-bed bedrooms with a connecting en-suite. It was a lovely stay. ☺️

Beautiful home in an amazing location. Felt right at home - house is just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street to feel very private but all within walking distance of anything you need. Jan was a great host and so was Eric who looked after us very well. Will def be back for future trips.

Our weekend getaway was meant to be an off the grid break from the world. This listing gave us exactly what we needed. It was private and offered beautiful walking routes. The kitchen was fully equipped, exactly what we needed to be able to prepare our meals. The lounge fireplace is the perfect distance from the couch which allowed for cozy evening reading time. The patio overlooks the ocean, perfect for afternoon lunch and wine. Communication regarding check-in was clear. Overall, I would be keen to stay here again.

Loved our girls trip weekend at David’s place. Super easy check in and clear instructions on how the house worked. Location was incredible, we walked for coffees and dinners and a short drive to surrounding wine farms and wine tram. So much to do in the area, we will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Franschhoek. The place was stunning—peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. Our host; Nora Elsa, was incredibly responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. A special mention also goes to Analine, she was so helpful, kind, and attentive. Her presence really added to the comfort of our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Franschhoek!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house is stunning, with decor that perfectly blends style and comfort. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to enjoy meals. The pool was a dream—perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring the vineyards. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it a truly relaxing stay!

Such a stunning property, exactly as pictured. Ian was such a warm and welcoming host. The house had everything we needed for cooking and for a very comfortable stay. The wood burning stove kept the main area warm and cozy. Would highly recommend staying here, we hope to visit again.

Stunning location. Views to die for. Super well-equipped kitchen, everything and more. Comfortable and warm beds. Cozy fireplace and lovely outside sitting area. Showers are great, and it also has baths with views. We didn't try the hot tub, but it looks like a treat for colder weather. We will be back.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had staying at a property. From Maryna the host who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, down to the breathtaking property. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were really sad to leave when our trip ended. Would definitely look to stay here again!

We loved our stay at Bianca’s wonderful home. The outlook onto the lake was serene, the house had everything we needed and the beds were comfy with great linen. Bianca is a fantastic host who provides thorough information and is immediately contactable and super friendly. The estate offers endless activities so it’s impossible to get bored. Honestly loved everything !! Odette is helpful, kind and goes the extra mile!! Upon check in Odette was friendly, had a list of places to check out in the area and gave us a lovely tour. The place itself was better than the pictures. Honestly will book again the future ! Wish I didn’t have to leave, the place had everything ❤️

The pictures do not lie, The Brickhouse is amazing! Nestled on a hill with fantastic views of Hout Bay. We had a beautiful 10 days there and I cannot wait to go back. Our host Mark was so friendly and accommodating . Thank you again Mark!!

We loved our stay in this beautifully designed house, being designers ourself we have high standards but this house really stood out - it’s more beautiful in reality than the photos. The furnishings are such a high quality, the beds are all so comfy, the kitchen is so well equipped. Only more keys are needed for a 4 bed! We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate and it is clear that Eveline has put a lot of care and attention into setting this house. The outdoors space was also excellent with lovely seating areas, a pool and a well equipped braai area. The property was walking distance to the town and wine tram. We had a lovely relaxing time at this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful and relaxing 4 night stay in Niel’s beach house. Although next to another house, it felt private. It has a wonderful view of the sea from the lounge, patio and front two rooms. The home is very comfortable and effectively decorated but some aspects of the house still require upgrading. We loved making use of the resort pool which was within 10 minutes walking distance. Niel was a very communicative and kind host. We recommend this getaway as a perfect antidote to city life.

Amazing house in a very quiet area of Noordhoek. Everything is as described and even better. Lots of attention to details like qualitative beds, linen, toiletries and a super equipped kitchen. Penny’s house is truly magnificent. Set in a vineyard with fantastic vistas towards the mountains and False Bay. The house was very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We also made use of the cottage attached to the main house, which was very convenient. There is plenty to do in the broader surrounds, so well worth a stay. We will certainly stay again.
