Highlights of the stay were a really great backyard with pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and place was very well equipped. Host was accommodating and responsive.

Pierre’s home is lovely and well appointed. It was exactly as the photos depict. The home was spotless upon arrival and Pierre was easily reached to answer any questions. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. It was nice to be near nature but also near amenities and a short drive to downtown Ottawa.

My family all enjoyed their stay at this homey cottage. Loved the close proximity to the river. The back yard, being fully fenced, was great for our dog. We enjoyed a nice fire in the fire pit outside in the evening. The kitchen & bathroom were clean & fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighbour’s were very friendly, the hot tub was relaxing & Pierre was very quick to respond to my questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Eliane’s place! The cottage was very comfortable, very spacious, well decorated and very clean. The place is very quiet and peaceful and has a beautiful view on the Ottawa River. We would stay there any time again.

Mais ce qui rend ce séjour vraiment unique, c’est Chantal elle-même. Une hôte d’une grande générosité, authentique et accueillante, avec qui j’ai eu de très belles conversations. Elle prend soin de chaque détail et ça se ressent — autant dans l’espace que dans la façon dont elle reçoit. Je repars ressourcé, inspiré… et avec l’envie certaine de revenir! Emily’s house was a dream and is highly recommended. Our family of 5 (with 3 kids under 10) spent a week at Emily’s house while in Ottawa to help out a family member. We were so grateful for Emily’s hospitality. As we were there during yet another wave of the pandemic, coupled with virtual school, we were basically in lockdown at the house - it could have been a very unpleasant week. Instead, it was truly wonderful to have Emily’s beautiful home to feel grounded in. The house was clean, comfortable, exactly as represented in the pictures, and we were struck by the attention to detail. The communication with Emily was perfect. After a week in the house, we joked about staying a week longer! There is no doubt that we will return.

Josseline was a great host, keeping me informed of snow clearing plans during a blizzard and offering assistance if required, without being in any way intrusive. Her AirBnB was lovely and bright, private and convenient. The entire place was clean and comfortable and is a perfect size for one or two to relax or work in.

Perfect little spot that was super walkable: 25 minute walk from Carleton, 20 minute walk to the grocery store, river walk right out the door, and many shops, cafes, and restaurants close walkable as well. Quick to get a Lyft to the airport. Loved the bathtub.

We had a wonderful stay. Very quiet neighbourhood. Great location and the rental was spotless and had everything needed for a perfect stay. We would stay here again without any hesitation.

Patrick’s home was a perfect space for my family and I during a week long stay in Ottawa. It was in a quiet but great central location, right across from the experimental farm and close to anything we needed. The home itself was stunning, thoughtfully designed and perfect for a family to stay with everything we could need. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at La Belle Denis cabin and it was literally as presented in the picture. The cabin is warm in winter with hot water ! Perfect for a weekend gateway. We love the quietness in winter and the trail on the property. We hope to comeback in Summer to check out the lake! Shu

This is an amazing place to stay. Peaceful and comfortable—makes you feel at home. Walkable to Whole Foods Kettleman’s Bagels and many other lovely spots in the Glebe neighborhood. A real gem!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The fireplaces were absolutely amazing, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for cooking meals together. Overall, a great experience - highly recommend!

Great place! 4 adults, 3 children. We skied at Camp Fortune 3 days and visited a museum on the fourth. Pictures describe the place very well. Kids played in the huge backyard. We also went for a 2 hour walk on a trail nearby. It’s a house with character, and can be a bit draughty in some places, and also is unevenly heated. That was our only issue. Nice showers and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Good lighting. Kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. Mud room large and convenient. We would definitely return. Thank you!
