Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Richmond

My best friend and I were vacationing in Kentucky this weekend. We arrived to our first Airbnb and it was a nightmare. We quickly got out and found Margo’s listing. She was so sweet and quickly responded letting us book her property. She was extremely helpful with instruction, the home was so clean and beautiful. The hot tub was relaxing, home was spacious, and everything made us feel right at home. I will definitely be booking this place again.

Country charm was great. This house is very nice and in a super private area. The hosts are super responsive and helpful through the whole process. The extra snacks and basketball hoop were a nice added touch. Highly recommend!

I can't enough about how great this place was. Super nice. Super clean. it's a great neighborhood with lots of things to do in close proximity, even walking distance. I felt like I was home. I definitely would bookthis house again and can't wait to do so. If I could give a 1000 stars I would! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nathan and Shannan’s place was just lovely. Just a few minutes out of town and such a unique home with lots of love built in. We had a lovely stay and as a proud Berea College alum, I loved seeing some old Berea memorabilia in the home. Very cozy for a beautiful fall weekend with my family! And my chihuahuas were happy too!

Me and my husband went here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Sarah was very helpful and gave lots of great recommendations! The house was easy to find and check in was pretty smooth. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again.

Laura was super responsive and the place was a great find! Loved that we were able to bring our dogs and still have a comfortable stay!

Had a blast. The zip line was a hit for the girls. They loved feeding horses. It was a great get away. We definitely will stay here again the next time we are in Lexington.

This was an amazing place to stay. Everything was thought out and executed to a T. The house was very livable with many upgraded amenities. I would, without hesitation recommend to friends and family. Wayne was responsive and quickly addressed all questions. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in!

My Old Kentucky Home hosted by Shane was a wonderful place to stay! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The amenities on site were amazing. The hot tub and pool were all set and ready for our group when we arrived, which we appreciated greatly. Communication was great, and Shane was on top of everything. Our stay was wonderful and we would love to come back for another visit! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Lexington area.

Harrison was an amazing Host! The house was immaculate and had everything you could want to feel at home and relax. This is a premier spot to take your family for Visiting the gorgeous and historic Lexington. Thank you so much for an amazing place to gather as we celebrated our son’s graduation.

We had the most amazing stay. The cabin and area is beautiful. Locals in town were great and so friendly. Our final night we had a campfire, roasted marshmallows and enjoyed the lightning bugs. Would love to visit again.

It was a great place to stay pool is on smaller side but worked great with the two kids. Game room was great had fun playing shuffle board and cornhole. All the arcade games worked. Hot tub was great and had a nice set up by the pool. Fenced in pool/lounge area. Not many outside bugs and only had a some ants but that is expected staying in the country. We had the toilet handle break just from wear and tear and they sent a plumber out first thing next day to fix it. Great response time from the host. Over all a great place close enough to red river gorge to explore. Will be a place we stay at again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Paradise. Sonya is a wonderful host, very friendly and accomodative. I loved Axle and Bailey, as well as the other dogs. The property is beautiful, and I love the new Barndo rental that she is now offering, which she let us tour. I would recommend staying with Sonya, she is great! The property is also close to the Red River Gorge, which is a plus for anyone that wants to enjoy what the Gorge has to offer. This would be a great place to enjoy with a big group, whether it be family or friends, as there are 3 separeate rentals that could accomodate your group. We plan to stay again.

Amazing cabin with wonderful amenities & extraordinary views! We loved it here and were sad to leave. The balcony was amazing with the view, swing, tabletop firepit and the hot tub. The bed was comfortable and bathroom had a huge shower and nice bathtub. It is definitely a cabin for 2 people though, not many dishes, we only had 2 coffee mugs & only had 2 bath towels for a 3 night stay, an extra set of towels would have been nice. All in all, we loved our stay and the area and would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and private with a relaxing atmosphere. The master bath and outdoor area is amazing! We grilled out while there. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. When I did have a question Linda and Breck responded quickly and were helpful. Would love to stay again!!

Tucked away under a canopy of trees with the gentle sound of the creek nearby, it’s private, romantic, cozy, and deeply revitalizing. The natural setting brings a peace you don’t realize you’re missing until you're in it. It was the perfect spot to celebrate our anniversary, and we’re already looking for our next weekend escape to return to this rustic haven.

This house was perfect for my family. We were in town for my son’s Special Olympics state track meet. Location was perfect for our needs. House contained everything one would need, beds were comfortable, very clean and tidy. If we ever have a need to be in Richmond in the future, I will definitely be booking this house again.

We had a relaxing time in the country. Definitely worth the trip.
