Maurizio's place is a real pearl! The house is right on the beach with a stunning view, the sea is beatiful and spectacular. The house has all the facilities making the stay very comfortable! I recommend the property as a perfect stay.

Franco host molto presente e gentile. La posizione della struttura è a due passi dal mare, con un giardino molto spazioso all'esterno ed a dieci minuti a piedi dal supermercato più vicino.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Meer und wenige Schritte zum Strand. Wir konnten am morgen aufstehen und ins Meer springen, am Abend vor dem schlafen ein Abend Bad nehmen! Anna hat uns äusserst nett beraten und war immer zur Stelle. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

Luigi met us at check in. He did not speak English, but it worked. We had absolute privacy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were greeted by birds every morning and a view to the sea. Unfortunately for us, many restaurants were closed for the season. However we were able to get into two with reservation. The apartment is located well next to the main piazza and parking in front of the building was easy. We stayed four nights with no regrets.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 e ci siamo trovati molto bene, Antonio e sempre stato disponibile e ogni tot pronto a cambiare biancheria bagno e lenzuola.. Lo consiglio per famiglie che vogliono stare in tranquillità coi propri figli, mare raggiungibile a piedi pulito e molto spazioso..

Wohnung wie beschrieben, klein aber fein. Wir wurden von Leandro herzlich mit Wasser und Früchten empfangen. Unkompliziertes Check-in. Wir durften alles was in der Wohnung zu Verfügung stand benutzen (zB: Waschmittel, Putzmittel, Oel, Gewürze etc). Sehr zentral gelegen, alles zu Fuss erreichbar, viele Restaurants und Pubs in der Nähe. Meer nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Parkplätze auf der Strasse. Soverato hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder.

The place was outstanding million dollar view. Spent a day in Pizzo a must. They were so responsive great with suggestions. Ghost town am st. Hot springs super close, best restaurant La Taverna. Roberto was very helpful luved the area

Casa bellissima con un poggiolo enorme con vista mare. Estremamente attrezzata di tutto, sia come attrezzi ed elettrodomestici in cucina, sia come detersivi e prodotti di pulizia. Ad un tiro di schioppo dalla bella spiaggia di marina di Zambrone (acqua pulitissima ma subito profonda). Sei a 10 minuti di macchina da Tropea, dove c'è anche un Eurospin per fare la spesa, cosa che consiglio vivamente perché nei market vicini ti spennano. Cmq casa ottima in un posto ottimo 👍

Ottima esperienza presso questa struttura. Zona tranquilla e a soli 10 minuti di macchina dal mare. La casa disponeva di tutto il necessario oltre ad essere pulita e ben curata nel dettaglio. Host molto disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Struttura da tenere in considerazione, torneremo sicuramente. Davvero una bella esperienza.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und man findet alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, super hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist auch super, sehr nah am Strand und auch an Tropea. Es gibt dort viele Mücken aber gute, dichte Netze vor den Fenstern sodass sie nicht rein können. Also kein Problem.

We really loved our stay here! We especially enjoyed the private beach access and the outside terrace. Also, Marco was super communicative and responsive even late at night when we checked in:)

velmi pěkný, prostorný a čistý apartmán, plně vybavený, ručníky, ložní prádlo a vybavená kuchyně.dvě super terasy s vybavením, křesílka a stůl a na druhé slunečník, lehátka, stůl a sušák na prádlo. opravdu nadstandardní vybavení.možnost parkování v rezidenci,hned vedle apartmánu.klidné prostředí a krásné rostliny kolem.nádherné, průzračné moře je pár minut chůze od apartmánů,s možností využití slunečníku a dvou lehátek a také možnost využití venkovního bazénu a lehátek, skvělé i pro malé děti.vše zdarma v rámci ubytování, skvělé.stravovani vlastní,ale každé ráno zajíždí do rezidence pekař s pečivem, sladkým i slaným.perfektni cukrárna-kavárna je na vlakovém nádraží, možnost snídaně a rychlého občerstvení.kousek dál malý obchod.vše v docházkové vzdálenosti,ale s autem je více možností.moc děkuji za krásný pobyt, určitě doporučuji.

L’appartement est génial! Spacieux et très bien aménagé avec tout se qu’il faut. Une belle terrasse sur le toit. 2 piscines dans la résidence c’est top pour les enfants. Très bel accueil de la part de Jeannette 😁.

Ottima posizione per spostarsi con la macchina: molto vicino a delle bellissime spiagge, poco distante da altri punti di interesse. Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Host accogliente e disponibile. Posto consigliato!
